Pulte homes are wonderful and there are so many options or changes that can be made. Ravenna is my favorite floor plan as a tub can be added in the master bath as well as any other changes one desires. As an avid PB player there should be an additional 2 courts.

You're right! Pulte builds a nice home! We have excellent relationships with their sales people too, they're great to work with.

Hi I have been to Tucson 6 times. My son lived there for 7 years he is married to a girl from Tucson now they live in Sweden. Tucson is the place I like the most. I have visited everything from Turkey to all Western European countries. We are Swedish. We have a couple of hours to Denmark to Germany 4-5 hours. But Tucson is the place I like best With all the sights unlike anything else I've seen. such as the Pima Air & Space Museum/Sonora desert. Unfortunately, no one is interested in receiving your Nordic tourists. It is close to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas as well. Unfortunately, I probably won't be back, it's one of my travel memories.

I've been living in Phoenix for 25 years now and I simply cannot fathom why the hell anybody would want to live anywhere in Arizona south of the Mogollon Rim. Paying over 400K to live in Tucson just boggles the mind.

Much cooler. Less traffic. We can dip into Phoenix/Scottsdale for a couple days and come back to our mansion with a pool and a view for 1/3 what you pay up there. Less crime here too!

@@GinaHarrisToo Not much cooler. And I don't know what biszarre alternate universe you inhabbit but Tucson had the most overpiced market in the country before it all blew up in 08 and looking at the prices now it seems it's just as nuts as up the road in Phoenix again.

Would you recommend getting a realtor if you plan on buying a new build in the future? A lot of the staff tells us that we don’t need one.

100%! Never go directly to the builder. The builder's reps have a fiduciary responsibility to the builder an have no responsibility to you. If you go with a REALTOR then your agent has a fiduciary responsibility to YOU. Things can go wrong with a new build and you need representation. Even if it isn't us, have a Realtor.. :) Builders are negotiating, and having a Realtor with relationships with builders can go a long way. By the way, using a Realtor won't cost any more on a builder house, but it may actually save you a couple bucks. Great question! Thanks for asking!

DR Horton are crap builds. Get an independent home inspector of you are planning on buying one.

Nobody likes these open concept homes. Two steps in and you see the entire house

Disagree. I think they are nicer in some ways than a bunch of small sectioned off boxes. To each their own I guess.

I like them a lot, they are beautiful and the atmosphere is much more welcoming when is an open concept.

This is a toughie. I get your point. Probably 90%+ of our buyers are looking for open concept.
