Today is the 1st video in a little declutter series I will be doing on my channel. I've broken down the videos into about 6 or 7 as otherwise this video would be like 3 hours long. I'll spread the videos out with about one to two a week so hopefully they don't get boring! xx

I love that you said that you have lots of makeup because you are a RUclipsr but also because you love it and would have a large collection even if you weren’t a RUclipsr. I feel like I hear that “I’m a RUclipsr” excuse when people make videos like this. As if that’s the only reason to have a larger makeup collection. Me too. I am not a RUclipsr or even a make up artist, but I have A LOT of make up because I can and love it for me.
Yes! Give me allll the makeup haha The only reason i get stressed about having a big collection is because I want to use it all at once and I can't lol
Had the same issue with the lys foundation. The concealer on the other hand is gorgeous and wears well on me

I'm a bit of a makeup hoarder, the 'Maybe ill use this one day so I'll keep it' mentality. My husband came up with the idea of creating a Maybe - Box, so any makeup that I put into it and don't use for 6months, gets tossed away.

I've replaced primers this year with moisturiser, I use Embryolisse which was recommended by Lisa Eldridge.
I do the same thing with moisturizer instead of primer too !
Also I'd suggest to do the "maybe box" before you purchase the product (wishlisting it) !!!! And ask yourself what's special & different about this product! I wish you the best 👌 ❤️
@@The.Violet.1 The wishlist is a great idea, though I tried it about a year ago and I'd forget to look at it 😂 though I've been doing pretty well bargaining with myself this year, aka what do I want and what do I need, and another strict rule I've added this year has been to only replace makeup that I've used up, it's worked pretty good so far! 😊

Make up addict too 🙌🏼 I had 30+ eyeshadow palettes and decided to declutter and keep 10 in lockdown. I felt cleansed, a new woman I might even finish a a palette

I own 1 of each category:
1- hydrating primer: essence hello Good stuff
1- foundation: fit me matte & poreless
1- tinted brow gel : essence make me brow
1- mascara: also essence lash princess sculpted volume (the 💜 one)
1- powder : nyx HD banana power
1- highlighter : LH COSMETICS Infinity highlighter
.... I have about NON setting spray because I just use water or rose water from My pantry ! And I own about 4 powder blushes & 2 eyeshadows I use as blushes ! ( purple & red that I didn't use for a long time ! Not once !!!!!) Its time i guess ⏳️ 🕐
I think that pink is beautiful on you ( both the shirt and the lipstick ) ☺, no foundations or primers to declutter here, but maybe concealer if I can find ones I like better ☺

I have a few foundations that are almost finished and I would love for them to actually be gone, because it takes me FOREVER to finish foundations. I have recently re-fallen in love with the OG DW from Estee Lauder though, so I am considering adding it back to the collection.
I know what you mean! I’ve been focusing on about four in my collection for about month now haha and I’m like I want to use others can you finish 😂 I have as of this week finished two of them though which is v exciting. And you know DW never ever looked good on me 🤷🏻♀️ I wanted it to cos everyone loved it but it did not love me lol 💗💗💗

Just fyi, I’ve heard they’re discontinuing the air flash foundation so hopefully your mom doesn’t fall too in love with it. I really have been eyeing the DM yummy skin balm. Putting it on my list. So close to 6k! Woo hoo!
Asian products from Korea and Japan always use the term whitening on their products, as people in Asia are pretty much obsessed with being as fair/white as possible. My mum used to shout at me if I went into the sun and got tanned as a kid, and would slather my on sun screen before forcing me to wear a hate and long sleeves on sunny days

Oh the complexion touch? My thoughts are honestly the same as comparing the water tint to the complexion touch. The complexion touch has wayyyy more pigment 💗💗💗

Martina we need to have a talk !! I so hope you have tried or used to have the Georgio Armani luminous silk foundation…. I wear make up maybe 3/4 days out of the week at most and have repurchased that foundation 3 times, it will forever be in my rotation as it’s truly perfection and my all time fav foundation I have ever tried to date. I have a lot of very high end foundations and would choose the GA over all of them…. I started tanning so can’t wear ANY of my foundations ERRG a good grand going to waste, and only repurchased two being the luminous silk and the Pat Mcgrath….. I’m def not going to replace many more, just those two ride or die Holly Grails so far……
Have you tried the GA luminous silk ?
Hahahaha don’t worry I have tried it! It used to be my holy grail too but it has coconut in it 😢💗
Is it good for over 40 skin drier skin?
Hey Martina, have you done allergy testing with a dermatologist to see if coconut and fragrance truly do make your skin reactive? (I’m a licensed aesthetician and I’d highly recommend getting tested if you haven’t already so it can give you more information on what types of coconut-derived ingredients and fragrances are irritating your skin.) I love your channel and the way you talk about makeup! You inspire me to use more of what I have. 😊

Uuhh, nice to know the info about your skin, i have sensitive skin too and i get acne too. What ingredients do you exactly evoid?, i would love to know, it would help a lot of us. XO
Oh I feel you with your sensitive skin. I actively avoid coconut and anything coconut derived and fragrance. It's not a perfect science because some coconut and fragrance is fine which is weird but I think if my primers or foundation specifically have those in them it will definitely break me out xx
Great video! The only foundations I have that doesn't work for me is the Lancome Teinte idole.its really thick and drying. Love all my others although alot different than your collection since we have different skin types. I havent been able to find any drugstore foundations I like yet. Will probably declutter my Loreal Infallible and my Maybelline Fit Me. absolutely adore the Dior Airflash and since they are discontinuing it I went straight to Dillard's and purchased the last 2 they have in my shade! I hate when you fall in love with a product and then they discontinue it. It's so sad to hear you are allergic to coconut since alot of the foundations you love have coconut. I didn't know the PM foundation had coconut. My skin reacts like that with my SPF I use before foundation. I have tried so many different brands of SPF under makeup and have not found a single one that doesn't break me out, mineral and chemical. As far as primer, I need to experiment more on which primers work best with certain foundations and keep a log of it. I have so much makeup its hard to keep up!
Oh no its the worst when one of your fav foundations gets decluttered! Especially cos they are hard to find, Like ones you truly truly love. Also yes I hate that I'm allergic to coconut. All the good foundations have it in them haha And I feel you on having so much makeup lol 💗💗💗
