I am Rebecca and I am one heck of a passionate vocal coach/singer/songwriter/impressionist/health/fitness/self- improvement/anything that makes me smile!! I love anything vocal/singing related and geek out on it every day. I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it's true. So what's motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2017 and my ovaries and fallopian tubes. The tumour was the size of a 20 week baby!! However, despite not being able to walk for a couple of weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn't an easy time but I won't let fear dictate my life. I didn't think 'why me', there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it's not always smooth sailing. It's true when you hear, 'Life is short', the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and practice gratitude everyday…It's so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…?

Dreamcatcher is know for their rock style with dark concepts. They are vocal queens. The one girl who you said has good vibrato is considered as one of the best vocals in Kpop. They are the most underrated group their is in the industry.

Maruru Ahamada Yes it’s Siyeon. Check out her covers of Overdose and Speechless(from the Alladin) movie and then her single Paradise. For my money she is the best female vocalist in Kpop
Saying this again. DO NOT let Dreamcatcher be known as ”that group everyone calls underrated” Marketing them as such is only harmful. They work too hard to be reduced to that. The world needs to know them as a group with excellent vocals, choreos and discography if anything. Not as just one of the hundreds of group that the fans call underrated ._.
jaljayo How is it harmful, underrated isn’t a negative connotation. I am saying they don’t get the praise they deserve in the KPop world. Comparative to larger groups these girls all much more hard working and talented. They don’t get the numbers nor the awards that we know they should have.
@@sean_oc underrated gets annoying to many. I'd honestly never even check out a group if the only thing I heard was that they're underrated. As I said we don't want Dreamcatcher to become known as "the underrated group" but rather for all their capabilities. Maybe it's just me but if I were in their position I'd rather have my fans praising my effort and skill rather than always complaining about how underrated the group is.
Also better remember you don't know anything about what goes on behind the scenes. Dreamcatcher works hard, but so does every other group. To say they work soo much harder than other groups is not a statement you could or should make. Although I agree with you in that they have showcased better ability in many categories compared to many other groups.
Of course I think they deserve many awards in various categories but do remember they are operating in quite a niche with their music and far from everyone is into that so sadly they often get overlooked.
Finally, I do hope you know that Dreamcatcher don't seem to be as unknown as many insomnias make them out to be. They seem to be quite known for their unique discography, concepts, choreographies and vocals.

The lyrics actually are about the mouth, interestingly enough , specifically that people who spout hate from a distance should shut their mouth . All the lyrics and even the point CHOREO with the mouth with jagged teeth reflects this.

Deja Vu is another one of their vocally superior songs. Their vocalists are such good singers they could be the main or lead in any other group.

You should do more dreamcatcher.
I suggest starting with Chase me which was their debut and then going in order from there.
They're super talented and need to stop being slept on.
Here's a playlist of their music videos and their solo stuff. Chase me is at the bottom of the playlist. There's some dance performances mixed into the playlist but the music is still them. I would especially suggest you react to Siyeon's solo "paradise" and her cover of "faded".

Dreamcatcher is a Kpop group that take inspiration in Rock especially JRock. And those drops are they signature and what makes them unique in Kpop. But some of their bsides are calmer like Jazz bar.

I'm no K-Pop fan whatsoever but when I first listened to Dreamcatcher, back in 2018 (a friend of mine suggested me to listen to their songs "Chase Me" and "Good Night"), I fell in love with them. And just for one reason: they are unique. But maybe because of that they're one of the most underrated Korean bands. And it's a pity because al of the seven members (including Handong, who had to stay in her Chinese homeland because of the pandemic) are truly talented. I really encourage you to react to some more Dreamcatcher content, e.g. songs like "Chase Me", "Good Night" (its sequel), or Scream; even solo covers (I won't be the first nor the last one to recommend you Siyeon's cover of Speechless, from Aladdin). Lots of hugs from Madrid!^^

Dreamcatcher is extremely underrated and its insane because the girls are so talented and entertaining to watch! A lot of the members have done covers of other artists songs as well, but if I could recommend one Siyeon covered Speechless from Aladdin and it was AMAZING. Dreamcatchers signature sound is very rock influenced. Like this one is a lot lighter in terms of the rock element. You should really listen to more of their stuff. Some of their other songs go much harder

Ohh, dreamcatcher is such a amazing group, the voices are really sweet but agressive and they mix both. There's a group named Loona that has a lot of different levels of sound and harmony! Butterfly is a beautiful and calm music, having 12 voices that match but at the same time are different. The Carol from Loona is beautiful too! Talks about the christmas and have three singing only (having the The Carol 0.2)
The prequel to this song is called "Scream", which is probably my favorite Dreamcatcher song. Definitely worth checking out.
This is THE ONLY Kpop Group that because famous by mixing Pop and Rock elements ❤️, I am so happy you reacted to it.

They have a variety of music and diverse music genres. Their live stages are amazing (they one of the few that actually do sing live) their b-sides are probably as good if not better then the title tracks.

Now imagine that they always sing live at their performances! with all this choreography) and sometimes there are several performances and they go with a pause of literally 10 seconds. Yes, it's very tiring, but they do it and still sound amazing! I heard Yoohyeon say, " Our pride won't let us not sing." Also they practice singing while running on a treadmill, that's why..
This song (and the MV) is a masterpiece. I was hooked from the first moment I saw it, listened to it on repeat, now every time I come back to it I'm still speechless (haha, got it ?). The beat, the rock elements, the insane vocals, THAT RAP OPENING, the discrete guitars, the choreo... Even after the absolute BOMB that was Odd Eye, Boca hasn't lost anything. Love Dreamcatcher.
