Basically, what they did, is actually a real way to complete the game and skip to the end of the line, it’s a glitch known by speedrunners called AJS, which is what the Any% is reffering to when it says Any% No AJS. But the untruthful part is that they did not do it legit and simply used mods to show it off, we can tell because when you cancel vigilante at the start of the gamei n the garage, there are only a few milliseconds that will make this work, and without having the clock of anything, it would of been next to impossible to correctly guess the right frame. Also, this is only possible on the Windows 10 MS Store version of SA, not the original 2005 version of PC, meaning they spliced it together.
Trust me , it's too impossible to beat san andreas in just 15 minutes , even if you perfectly succeeded in every missions , there's no way you could beat the game in just short amounts of time , even with cheats , you could beat san andreas for several hours but not in a couple of minutes , also the final mission was too damn long to finish even if you play that mission without any interrruptions.
11:16 Here's the truth: "Mission Failed" text is not real because the fade out animation supposed to be turning into black text first and then disappeared but not fade out animation. He also just edited by cutting the video into End of the Line mission. There is no glitch or cheat that you can skip the storyline mission but only remastered version that you can do tricks to skip them all.

This is clearly edited. You can tell it from the transition from the garage to the end of the line mission. The motorcycle is supposed to blow up and the camera to glitch out while you're doing the REAL glitch (which can ONLY be found in the 10th Anniversary Edition of the game), but in this case there's just this weird ass fade transition instead. Plus, the weird dub pause glitch only works in that version and the HUD is supposed to disappear (which is done with a mod in this case, BUT the cutscene HUD IS NOT present, so no black bars on top and bottom of the screen) while you're going back to Grove Street from the barbershop (and it's not even timed correctly, otherwise the glitch wouldn't work just like in this case, because it's EDITED). You can find another trim at 9:23 (you can tell because there's no HUD until that time). He probably had to retry to fake it various times and then he merged the clips. I'm pretty sure that part was the last one he recorded since there's no HUD in the end of the line mission either, so he did the whole video and then pasted that clip between 9:23 and the beginning of the end of the line mission.
From the beginning of the speedrun until 9:23 the HUD is not present, so that you can't see the in game clock (which is crucial for the glitch to work). You cannot even drive straight away to pick up the grenades, but you have to follow a specific path, otherwise the glitch won't work.
How comes that after a suicide CJ still has grenades to blow-up Ryder? They should've gone in the hospital 🤔Either another glitch or cheats. I tend to think second as functionality to take out weapons is somewhere completely outside of the missions glitch
