People around me do learn and study English, not because they want to learn English, but because they need an English score in their exam or that they are forced to use it with foreigners. No one is willing to practice English in daily life for the sake of English ability. My friends tend to isolate me because I practice foreign languages so much and my family members do not understand me. We live in our own Chinese bubble with little access to the outside world (luckily I have found a solution). Bob, your videos are really genuine and helpful. I think one day I'll find a club or go to a language school.✌️
My shyness has created a big barrier between me and my goal to speak English fluently. I'm very afraid of making mistakes or I think that people will not understand me.
