This trial should be televised so that he cant just step outside the courtroom and spin what is going on in the case.
Fraud is so rampant and obvious that the judge provides a summary judgement and we're only in court to determine the financial penalty. Banks were penalized because the terms they provided were not aligned to the risk Trump presented and taxpayers were penalized because tax rates were consistently driven down to align with low valuations. They went to banks with exceedingly high valuations and then to taxing authorities with exrememly low valuations.

That was an intelligent quote. Unfortuantely, if you are trying to spin this in such a way that Trump is some victim of censorship then you are failed. No defendant or plaintiff, has any due cause to disregard a court order. Trump is not above the law. He was ordered to remove what was deemed to be an incendiary comment towards a court official. He was told and ordered clearly to take it down. He did not. This is how the law works. Attempting to use any type of intimidation tactics towards witnesses, or any officer of the court is actually an indictable offense. If anything, this judge has been leient with this orange blowfish. Maybe a week in jail will let this impudent fool know that he is not above the law.

If there is evidence, then there can be an indictment. So no matter how much you want to go after somebody, if you don't have the goods, you can't bring the indictment. James had the goods and the receipts. Having worked in the legal profession for 25 years, it takes time to gather everything needed before starting the complaint or indictment process. You can't just file lawsuits just because you don't like somebody because a judge will see it as frivolous and dismiss it.
