That was just hours after authorities responded to a bomb threat at the judge’s house Thursday morning.

I want to ask this because i am curious. If the banks had to independently verify trumps assets and agreed to their worth,will the banks who are FDIC approved, be federally charged with fraud. They're called appraisals and assessments. Property tax assessors do in fact go to people's houses and they sure will make sure you're paying tax on every square foot of your property. That's why people don't usually answer the door for assessors (not to be confused with appraisers)

Fact is that the bank sent the appraiser to check Trump's assets signed the contract and had the legal authority to carry it off. When someone illegally buys a rifle you are more interested of whom they bought it from. Except the banks that Trump worked with are right in the documents. It is registered as a golf club, not a private residence. The property has building restrictions.What really diminishes the value of that property is an easement that he SIGNED with the National Trust for Historic Preservation, That's what kills any potential market value. The property cannot be developed or subdivided.

Yep, it's very telling that Trump continues to complain about not having a jury trial when HE DIDN'T REQUEST ONE.
How is it legal for a judge to rule that someone is guilty and liable for fraud and that they committed fraud and jump immediately to a trial to determine consequences and punishment without actual proof of fraud without evidence and without a victem of fraud ? Every bank and institution he got loans from ( and paid loans back in full including interest ) said there was no fraud and they were not victems . So my question is who does the money they order him to pay go to ( usually it goes to the victems of the fraud but no victems of fraud in this case and all loans were paid back in full and often even early?
