After I gave it a few shots myself: Nothing's changed.
Servers are still getting shutdown, redepyloment cheats with spam messaging for twitch ragebait are common, and of course cheating in terms of aim, speed, invisibility cheats

It seems to me that both are normal BUT (only) NOT on DICE servers
