James Cheek as Hua Cheng is undoubtedly great but I need to shout out Howard Wang’s work as Xie Lian, his breakdown at the end of Ep 10 and beginning of Ep 11 had me tearing up, his Xie Lian is so fucking good and makes me go “Hua Cheng, I get it, I too would do anything for this man”
Season 3 .. if we compare to where this is in the books... is mostly flash backs and other stuff. There is alot of BG story to cover now and other plotlines finally converging

I thought after they decided to remove gege he at least says his name but it's just sounds strange to he just speaks without adressing him
@@melisyanarNgl, this dub reminds me of Ghost Stories. It's def. takes itself more seriously but I can't get rid of the impression I'm watching a overly gay voice over rather than a love story between two guys unlike in the orginal sub.

I almost feel sorry for Feng Xin. Shi Qingxuan is teasing him so much and Hua Cheng is so mean. The VA really understood Feng Xin's angry dad energy.

Sorry for the double reply...the dub is on Crunchyroll only as far as I know. S1 o Netflix is subbed and I don't know about Billibilli
