  • Once upon a time in a cozy corner of a big old garden, there lived a curious little spider named Incy Wincy. Incy Wincy was not like other spiders; he was small, but his heart was full of wonder and bravery. Every day, he watched the world from his tiny web, spun delicately between two old flower pots.
One sunny morning, Incy Wincy decided it was a perfect day for an adventure. He wanted to see more of the world beyond his flower pot home. With a deep breath, he crawled out of his web and started his journey towards the garden fence, which was the tallest thing he could see.
As Incy Wincy reached the base of the fence, he looked up, marveling at how high it seemed. But he was not afraid; he was excited! He started climbing, his eight little legs moving swiftly. Just as he was halfway up, the sky darkened, and big, heavy raindrops began to fall. The rain was so strong that poor Incy Wincy couldn't hold on any longer, and down he washed out of the fence and into a small puddle below.
Soggy and a bit disheartened, Incy Wincy took shelter under a nearby leaf, waiting for the rain to stop. As he waited, he made friends with a cheerful snail named Shelley who was hiding there too. Shelley admired Incy Wincy’s determination and said, "Don't worry, Incy. The sun always comes out after the rain!"
Sure enough, the rain soon stopped, and a beautiful rainbow arched across the sky. Encouraged by Shelley’s words, Incy Wincy decided to try climbing the fence again. He felt stronger and more determined than ever. This time, nothing would wash him down.
As he climbed, he sang a little song to keep his spirits up:
"Incy Wincy Spider climbs up the fence,
Rain washed me down but I've got sense.
Climb again with all my might,
At the top, the view is bright!"
Finally, Incy Wincy reached the top of the fence. He couldn't believe his eyes! He saw the entire garden, the sprawling greenery, the flowers blooming with vibrant colors, and the busy ants marching in lines. He felt like he was on top of the world.
From that day on, Incy Wincy wasn’t just known as the little spider who climbed the fence; he was known as the bravest spider who never gave up. Every creature in the garden knew his song, and they often sang it when they needed a little courage to face their own challenges.
And so, Incy Wincy continued to explore new heights every day, always curious, always adventurous, but most importantly, always brave.
