Put it simple, because an interaction glitch, every damage instance of Rugal's throw deals damage equal to Rugal's super. This interaction glitch is called flash grab, which is grab the opponent at the first frame of super moves' flash.

This is partially a homage to KOF2002 Death Combo videos by Majijam. His work is good enough. If I would like to continue, I might do some KOF02 PS2 combos.
Have too Dreamcast version for test (Use NullDC or Demul). But, don't have Gesse,Goenitz and Orochi Iori. Possible unlock only Rugal,Kusanagi,Shingo and King.

Anyway, winkawaks is good, you can play KOF02 with it. I guess you need kof02 ROM file. Please find ROM yourself.
