Exactly 💯 I JUST went through that🙄! A person recommended her counselor to me and I knew she was up to something like an attempted intervention. So I got her counselors number and told her that woman, my “friend” needs to retire and stop pedaling cosmetics🙄. I simply turned the table. Another person is a pastor! He said inappropriate things to me. I publicly called each one of them out by name. Now I get to be the high school homecoming 🫅. It’s fkng stupid🤢🤣

You can also work on banishing them from the area.. but depending on how long they have monitored you, they may still be able to alter or divert plans, ultimately we are the power, there is nothing they can do to you, especially if you know how to deffend yourself (spiritually and otherwise)

FB is the worst🙄 and the chitchat gossip. I had to tell 6 people to get OFF my lawn😡. You can almost hear what they say about you by some sort of twisted triangulated signal🙄. The key is to notice the change of energy and make a back door escape. And when you hear he said/she said you it’s time to move on and draw clear boundaries. Say NO CONTACT. So they can’t come at you for something ….just know you owe them not a thing.

I'm only a few 5 seconds into the video and has to pause and write this because of the title. Monitoring spirits shouldn't be taken lightly fam. Yesterday ,The Most High opened my eyes and I saw what I was sharing my bed with ,without my knowledge . A Lizard. I've just recently replaced my bed, & while I removed the plastic cover from the mattress ,the two bases at the bottom still has it. While coming from the bathroom, my eyes caught the Lizard moving inside the plastic cover of one of the bases. I went into flight mode , grabbed one of the shoes & slammed the thing, & eventually got rid of it! Pray for the Most High to open your eyes.
