I’m so glad I watched this. I relate so much to all of this. I’m struggling still now after I left my ex 8 years ago. It’s hard and every day is a struggle. I have five kids too. My oldest two are his. I still have really bad anxiety and depression because of him. My oldest is 11 and I feel I’m to blame bcus of what I put her through. Please help me get through this
