Year 11 is a practice for year 12, so try your best but remember you're allowed to make mistakes and be more chill, and don't go tooo hard in year 11 and burn out for year 12! Just try your best and start making good habits and finding out what works best for you in terms of binders/ organisation/ learning and study so you know what to come term 4/ year 12! xxx
Hey Imogen, do you recommend handwriting notes on paper or on a tablet? I'm considering switching to go paper free (mostly) as I lose half of my papers the day I get them as well as not needing to carry books around.
Thank you! Yep, year 11 was the first year I started writing summaries. I definitely would recommend starting in year 11, its a perfect way to practice how to do them and work out what works best for you so you're prepared for year 12 and not really experimenting with it xxx
Hi. Loving your videos. You said you took one binder to school, what would you do in regards to class work like notes you have to take down, would you write them down in a book or type them. If you are writing what would you do for different subjects?
Hey, thank you!!! Honestly it depended on the class and what we were doing that day, sometimes I would write stuff on loose leaf papers and file that in my binder, sometimes we would get a worksheet, sometimes I'd type .. I basically just found which worked best for the particular class. Then I'd type or write a summary later on (In hindsight I'd just type a summary now) and then the most important bit it hand writing those summaries to study before exams :) Oh and when I handed it a practice question response to my teachers I would hand write it! e.g if I did a practice 12 marker from a past paper :)
ughhh u guys ): im moving schools, n i rllllyyy dont wanna go lmao. i used to go to this school in years 7-9, then i moved for year 10, and now im going back for y11-12!!! the reason is bc it ranks rlly rlly well in the state (like top 25) n i just feel like im not gonna have a life these next 2 years n just completely be consumed w work ;/
Crazydoglover 101 they haven’t changed the date yet because for some reason people are so against the date change even though it wouldn’t effect anything other than the public holiday before school going back 🤷🏼♀️

Think of it as the perfect oppurtunity to do well in year 11 and 12. You do not know how many students would be jealous
My problem is my sleeping routine :( I literally go to sleep every night from 1-2 am :(( and then I have to wake up early and I feel like shit
