God Damages Own Country

WAYANAD: Landslides in the serene Western Ghats of Kerala, Wayanad, also the constituency of Rahul Gandhi, has experienced nature’s wrath.
The catastrophic incident took place at three places, which include Meppadi, Mundakkai and Chooral Mala in Wayanad. This has marooned several habitats.
According to reliable sources, so far 200 people are reported dead and approximately 500 are reported missing.
Teams of disaster management forces are in action conducting relief and rescue operations in Wayanad.
Defense forces are assisting rescue operations by establishing basic infrastructure to shift stranded people to safer zones.
Volunteers are assisting in rescue operations working in tandem with national and regional forces providing logistical support.
