30 donuts / 50 seconds = 0.6 donut per second
0.6 x 1 hour (3600 seconds) = 2160 donuts per hour
2160 / 1 dozen (12) = 180 dozens
They're 90 dozens short so they need another 1800 seconds to make 90 dozens. 1800 seconds is 30 minutes.
This machine makes 270 dozens in 1 hour and 30 minutes, Sir.

@@RJSimulator The settings in this demonstration are way off factory spec. The production line is capable of producing over 270 doz/hr. With a skilled worker making the doughnuts it can average about 70 doz per dough batch, 4 x dough batches per hour = 280 doz/hr, Sir.
