I have the Cuisinart 14 Inch Stainless Steel Wok and I can cook anything in it. It has a flat bottom and I can use it as a frying pan, a steamer, a saucepan, and of course a wok. I can use any ingredients in my wok that I would cook in any other pan in my kitchen. I love my Cuisinart stainless steel wok.
