Smoked Haddock Rarebit Recipe

  • It is said that cheese and fish don’t go together, but I’d say there are a couple of exceptions: fish pie, and this recipe. This dish is a cross between a kedgeree and a classic rarebit. It’s simple, full of flavour, and amazing for brunch or a light lunch.
    You will need:
    Smoked haddock (or other smoked fish)
    Butter
    Milk
    Cheese (I used parmesan and gruyère, but you could use a good cheddar)
    Crème fraîche
    Mustard
    Worcestershire sauce
    Flour
    Lemon
    Nutmeg
    Bread

    It looks a fabulous recipe and well presented. However the sound is dreadful, couldn’t hear most it and the preparation needs to be a lot closer.

      Thanks for the feedback. Still investing in production equipment. As you can appreciate having to change lots of what we do because of the pandemic so doing best we can
