These don’t look the same because they’re rendered in hd but have no textures that the previous shading used to bring. This feels just as bad as when they first transitioned to 3d models for a whole different reason.
@@whynot5486 it allows ypu Pokemon to survive on one HP if taken s big hit, get critz more often and dodge attacks even if their 100% accurate. And a lot of nuzlocker doubt use it because it make the game alittle to easy idk why he used it.

I would've gone for a Scizor early on, because of how good it is. I actually had one in my first Brilliant Diamond playthrough. She was good, even though I stupidly tried to use her to solo the ace Lucario in the fighting gym and got her taken out in one hit.
This would be the most difficult Pokémon game if the friendship mechanic wasn’t merged with affection. Anime plot armor saved this run honestly. Still was fun to watch though! Maybe next run of BDSP use the medicine herbs to keep friendship down so no anime plot armor. Makes the game a genuine challenge.
Wow! So many things! Firstly, this tripped me up on when the release date was (it’s 19th for me). Secondly, I do agree about the art style however the occasional outdoor battles in cities or buildings looks suuuuppeerrr bland where it’s almost distracting just having a plain color and a couple shimmers. Thirdly, damn that Cynthia battle 😳😳
I don’t see how ppl are complaining about this game it blows my mind. They did an amazing job with everything in this game. It looks amazing while keeping the old school vibe to it. I’ve been playing since blue version.
Anyone else notice that catch rates may have been butchered? I feel like it’s impossible to catch any and all Pokémon throughout the game. I burn through poke balls more in this game than ever before
Favorite gen 4 is my second favorite Pokemon ever which is turtwig/ torterra. And for all you turtwig/ toterra haters, he is really underrated, he may be slow and have some annoying weaknesses, but one, torterra's design is so cool. He is a freaking walking Continent. Second he can beat most non ice types with his insane defense. In my room of this game, I've was literally the only thing that could stop him

I mean Bronzor can either have Heatproof or Levitate so the abillity is good for the team no matter what since fire is also a major weakness.
