Love this video. I want to paint splatter on fabric chairs. Have you used the fabric paint to do this and then seal it with a coating? I saw a video to add fabric softener to acrylic paint is it the same with textile paint? Thanks
Hello I used acrylic paints already..my pants now become stiffer, wanna ask is there any solutions I could use to make it softer or is there any chance I can save it tho. Thx
How do you set paint with a iron do you cover the denim and iron before you wash jeans and do you have to wash jeans before you wear them by the way I loved this video keep up the good content ❤️
I iron through the thin cloth or you can also use baking paper . Wait for 24 hours for paints to get dry then iron for 5 minutes. And no you don't have to wash jeans before wearing. wash them when they get dirty)
White spray paint doesn't have very good coverage when you apply it on such fabrics as denim. But to create light washing effect it might work.Just keep in mind that it will make fabric a bit stiff.
@@Dariacreative do you always have to wait about 4 days to wash the clothing after you iron it? Are there any exceptions to washing it sooner? Thank you!
@@Dariacreative ohh I had googled it and that’s what one site said. My first round ever of painting a shirt I never ironed it and washed it about 24 hrs later and all of the paint nearly came off. It looked terrible! I’m about to wash a couple shirts after ironing snd sitting around and I’m rly hoping they turn out good! Thank you
Its connects. Because its only 2 layers (first black layer and second paint splash) . and water which I add to paint also helps it to connect with fabric. Actually when paint dries there is no such sheet of paint , you can clearly see denim fibers and once you set paint with an iron paint will connect even better with fabric
What about darker denim? I'm afraid the colors won't come out. I'm putting the finishing touches on my first attempt at painting a jean jacket, and so far (despite trying to follow your advice and keep the layers of paint to a minimum) every color has needed several layers over the white layer. You can't really put a white bottom layer for randomized splatters, so I'm worried everything other than white and black will look faded.
I can suggest that your paints don't have very good coverage. You can use Pebeo Setacolor Opaque, they are for painting on dark clothes and they have very good coverage. And even paint splashes made with opaque colors look pretty bright
ruclips.net/video/Uuc32fKEmmE/видео.html for example this video , second part of it , I created abstract design on a black tshirt. And applied just 2 layers of paint. I give there tips and show the process.
I am sorry😅but I have a question. I see everyone is saying that I need to use the iron on the clothes, but what for? And what side do I have to iron? The side with the paint or the side without the paint.
Takes me back 30 yrs to my final school year art class my denimJean's were cover un acrylic paint and doodles.

you should iron on reverse side
That was... Cool
Hi daira... How to embossles abstract outline, I don't want any embossing effect when I splatter my paint ???
Use paint thinner to take the paint off the floor it be easier
Would this work well with hoodie material?
Very nice, love the accent
Thank you!
When you pour paint and create paint splatter effect, do you still have to iron the paint?
Wow, nice job! I just discovered your channel and I subscribed. I will try something similar.
How is fabric paint same as brush on fabric paint and how do I keep it on there ? Like will it wash off etc.
Can you wash the jeans?
Which paint you used on clothes aclyric or fabric paint 🎨

Once painted are they hand wash only? If they can go in the washing machine, will the paint fade?
So all together what ingredients do you need
Habe you ever try to spray paint a vintage fade into a regular jeans, will this work, i want light washing effect and use white spray can?

@@jennatoffaletti3028 4 days? :) once you ironed it wait for a couple of hours and then you can wash of course

Which paint is most used for clothes
Someone can send me the link of the colors in amazon please!😊
What kind of paint did you use
Fabric paints:) I used Pebeo Setacolor
@@Dariacreative great thanks..
Is pebeo paint on jeans the best and most durable?
Not only pebeo. Jacquard paints are good too. Arteza
Should i wait the first color layer to dry then apply the next layer or just throw them in all at once ?
Wait for the black background to dry. Then other colors you don't have to wait
@@Dariacreative thanks, love your diy alot
Can we use acrylic paints?
Not recommended. Because splatters will be stiff and not flexible and may crack
But you can mix acrylics with textile medium to make them softer and more flexible
@@Dariacreative thank you daria
Won't it crack once the paint dries ?
As with splashing not all paint connects with the fabric

I cannot get over why the floor is not covered with anything to protect it from the paint!
😁 relax I cleaned it and it's just fine
Would that come off in a washing machine?
No I used fabric paints

I think you have some jean on your pain

Does this technique and paint come off once you wash them? Thanks
No it doesn't. But you need to use fabric paints
Can we use acrylic paint?
Acrylics will make art stiff and cracks may appear
