- sandhyaavandana should be learned from a guru,who has initiated with the gayatri mantra.
Once the procedure is learned well this e material can be used as a learning aid.Please don't start this
ritual without proper personal tutoring.
Set your font size to medium(View/Text size/medium in Internet explorer) to see the page properly.The mantras are in normal lettering and the procedure in in italic. The headings are coloured in Red. Itrans encoding scheme is used to spell the sanksrit mantras.Hope this humble attempt is of use to bhagavathas and please email adiyen of any inadvertant errors.For the sake of simplicity anganyasam and karanyasam etc are not discussed here.
You can quickly go to Madhyaahnikam and Saayam sandhya vandanam sections by clicking on the links.Only variations to the PraataH sandhya vandanam are provided in these sections.
The procedure given here is as per Yajur veda.Should there be need adiyen can encode and provide Rig and sama veda procedures too. adiyen would recommend the following books on this subject.
1.Sandhya vandanam (A self instructor) published by Sri Vishishtadvaita research centre,Madras& Sri Thillasthanam swamy kainkarya sabha and Sri Poorvacharya kainkarya sabha,Bangalore.
2.Nityanushtana kramam by Lifco Madras.
3.Ahnika grantha of Srimad Azhagiya singar is recommended for advance study on this subject.

I literally had tears in my eyes listening to this and for ignoring this. As a kid, I used to do this under the guidance of my grandfather. I later went astray. Today at 38-39 years of age I plan to get back to my roots. Kaliyuga is really such a bad phase. People mock you for all good practices and take you away from spirituality.

Not sure why people skip it. It doesn’t take much time. Madhyahna sandhya might be difficult to do in office, but morning and evening must be done. Morning one may also fit in a sankshipta nitya pooja if so inclined.

Results r amazing. My daughter was selected by her bridegroom that is my son in law and marriage was conducted 22cyears back.
My son not studying properly atlast came to line and completed MCA and now in abroad and succeeded MBA and married to our coice andboth r working. Both son and daughter r having two daughters each. I retired happily after 39 years of service with pension. So mission is fulfilled. Thank you Mother Gayatri. I visited abroad 5 times with my wife.
More amazing my mother lived 90 years and she joined majority in 2019 May after my retirement after 8 years she saw third generation.😁🙏🙏🙏🙏

Santhiya vandanam
Easy to brush up even after decades of non performance of Sandhya. Just buy a book from Giri Traders. It provides Sanskrit and English transliteration for the essentials of Sandhya. Lord Krishna clearly says that all of us need to do our Nitya, Naimitya Karma in line with our Varnashrama Dharma. My Distance Guru tells me that this is required to be done by the first three Varnashrama. The last is EXEMPT as they serve others.
If the three varnas perform Sandhya Vandanam regularly it will benefit the 4th varna also.
It is really a need of the hour. Very easy follow and it makes us to perform our nithiyakarma.
