On the turtle with the small bags, I just use a different approach. I don’t kit it up like I do with the others. I just pour the drills in the tray as needed. So instead of pouring more out of a bottle or ziplock bag, I just cut open another one or two small bags. I mark the symbol on each so I know what it goes to. Saves prep/kitting up time.

Sounds like a great approach. The little bags scare me a bit. But i will work through it.
