It's actually a bar of 7 followed by two bars of 4. If you think this is unusual you should check their song Four Seasons Where Starless Disappeared. The bridge is one bar of 7, a bar of 9, a bar of 7, two bars of four, repeat. The drums switch to the offbeat for the first two bars the second time around which makes counting extra hard. These guys sure love their prog metal.
pixiv most of them I guess, but I search them using danbooru (has some NSFW, can try the safer/less complete safebooru). Just search the tags "komeiji_koishi" and "solo" (or any other tag that you think will filter it more). Now, a lot of the ones used on the video are actually upscaled versions of the originals using custom software to get them to 1080p, so it's not likely they exist on the internet with that resolution (I uploaded the ones that were requested to dropbox, but now they are about to remove public links ._. ).
Ah oke. Do you know the artist names at all? Finding them on Danbooru would be easier with the names of the artists. Or at least what the artists are listed as on danbooru.
