Got these this morning. Feel way more uncomfortable on the head than the PSVR, when the goggles are flipped up they put a strain on the back of your neck and they feel like they're not sitting right on your head no matter how you adjust them. The video stream is poor from my Spark, definately not 720p. Only had them 2hrs and massively regret blowing £500 on them. Can't even send them back for a refund as the seller states that they must be unused, but DJI forces you to register them online before they start working so no chance of that...
I have a spark and the goggles , I feel like Id rather shoot with my phone then edit the footage with music and then play back in the goggles so I can relax and enjoy it.when I have the goggles on I get paranoid about height and losing signal...plus its not that clear up there...its cool though...but I enjoy them after the flight is over and I'm at home and not concentrating on where the drone is... does any agree with me ????
Yes and No. they work much better than the Litchi app, and your phone resolution split in two, so if your phone is 1080 you will get 540 in each eye piece with Litchi FPV. The DJI goggles with the Spark are 720 p in each eye, which is much better. However, with the mavic series the resolution is 1080 in each eye, which is outstanding image quality. The real issue with the Spark is the battery life. Being so short a battery life, you may just be getting into the experience, and it is an awesome experience, when you are forced to return home to change batteries. Still, there are many used DJI goggles available for sale, and often for only $200 to $250. So, at that price they are definetly worth a try. The DJI goggles solve the problem of not being able to see your phone/tablet in bright sunlight.
Using on Spark: I think the stream Quality is pretty bad, 720p30fps is...well, not really nice or awesome, no VR felling if compare to a VR like Oculus. what do you think?
Good afternoon. I ask for your help. I'm trying to connect the dji googles to the spark but the same gives the message of disconnect and does not appear the image of the camera.I do to link with each other, because in the glasses in the link option only exists the mavic not the spark.Thank you Irradio attention. Eduardo.
Q. Very choppy and laggy only a few meters away? What am I doing wrong. So wanted this to work. I have a spark. Bought the connector to go right into the remote.
Thanks. I have a phantom 4 pro, do I need to connect the RC and the Smartphone first and then after connecting the RC to the Goggles? How to do the Compass is it with Smartphone or Goggles? I am confuse
I just can't understand why we're watching a 12 minute video about the spark and the goggles...and there's no drone footage shot while using the headset, or any footage of the spark being controlled while the headset is on.
Actually quite a poor review. You do not show where the USB cable connects to the headset and like everybody else you completely fail to mention that you have to buy an adaptor separately. Clearly you bought that adaptor separately why do you do not think it’s information that should be shared?
Good video, well explained!! Skip to 8:05 to see how it works! Enjoy!
+blue280485 no worries, glad you liked it
blue280485 thanks

Very good, very informative video! Save me a lot of time reading all the instructions!
Much appreciated bro and thanks for watching
Great informative video, perfect just what I needed. Thanks
Thanks
Hey Mate, what are you using to record your videos, they come across superbly and crystal clear
Thanks man, I use a Panasonic Fz1000
Cool, thanks! Just set up my Spark.
Sweet
Thanks Steve I think you just cost me $2K. Looking forward to the Running/ Flying Vid!!
Nice fast video and to the point. Bought 2 of the goggles for a Mavic and a spark based on your vid. Thanks for posting.
+carbonhead T you're welcome and appreciated the comment
Wich drone you recomand for Goggles, Spark or Mavic Pro? Thank you

Do you think it’s worth it to get these goggles for the spark?
Yeah they work fine. The cable is not that big of an issue
Yes and No.

I paired it all up, but auto take off failed. Did that happen to you as well?
Cool goggles
Awesome that it works with drones
Thanks steve
+Adam Warnock cheers Adam. The image quality is awesome. Can't wait to get it in the air :)
Nice! you look like a robot when your wearing them =)
I will buy those goggles when they work with my Mavic Mini!
Nice video and sweet looking product 👌👌

What's your most awesomest RC car or RC boat
I’ve got the Spark and the Goggles, head tracking does work.
RC Tanks & Trucks 24/7 swipe two fingers down to enter head tracking modes.
I have the Yuneec Skyview goggles and they are terribly uncomfortable. There's a hard plastic corner right on the bridge of your nose.
Doesn't work with NEW Mavic Air 2, SO DISAPPOINTED, another reason to hang on to your Spark
I just bought a used set but it came with no cables -- which cables do I need to connect it to the Spark? Thanks
How far can you fly it away from your self in an open field?

Can the goggles be used wirelessly with the Spark?
No. The spark uses wifi to transmit video and the goggles don't.
Awesome goggles👍
I followed your instructions and cannot get my Spark to pair with the goggles. Can you help?
Gearbest hooked you up big time! 😎
+mtctookie25 totally, very nice of them
can a weak gps signal cause video to be slow and pixelated?
Yes, I think it could
can u use phone and goggles at the same time?
via otg
Are there any other goggles on the market that works with Spark?
test it in fly and put gopro front of goggles
best video test on spark on youtube
+Did3D good idea
Cool video 👍🏽
have you flown it with the Spark yet?
+Dusty sure have, it's awesome. I will hopefully do a video of it
What is cost of it
What connector is up in the googles... USB 3
Micro
have you 720p60fps mode in goggles with spark?
thanks
Damn what's up with you guys thinking you look funky with the goggles on.. with them on everyone looks so *BADASS*
?
@@RCTanksTrucks247 you said you look funny with the goggles on your head, but it isn't funny, it's badass!
Haha OK. They are pretty awesome
The goggles feel like a waste on the spark Because it’s not wirelessly connected you need to use a cord to get video connection
Q. Very choppy and laggy only a few meters away? What am I doing wrong. So wanted this to work. I have a spark. Bought the connector to go right into the remote.
+Chris Keegan hmm, not sure Chris
so your seeing crystal clear video?
Chris Keegan mine is also extremely poor quality feed on goggles ! Have you managed to find solution ?
What! I've tried DJI googles with my Spark via OTG and the video feed looked like garbage, lots of latency and artifacting. How come yours looks fine?
molotoveverything mine is exactly the same - extremely poor quality feed ! Let me know if you manage to fix it !
What about the return home, does the Goggles, provide the GPS? Does it say the home point has been updated?
+tesimpa monami no the goggles provide the image. The GPS is still from the controller/device.
Thanks. I have a phantom 4 pro, do I need to connect the RC and the Smartphone first and then after connecting the RC to the Goggles? How to do the Compass is it with Smartphone or Goggles? I am confuse
here we go ... here we go .....heu Here WE GO
+Did3D cheers
I can only get to work for 50m, what can I do to go further?
+Shaun MacWilliams connect first with your mobile device, when it says fly now disconnect your mobile then plug in the goggles
Yeah he fails to mention you have a limit of 30m high and a limit of 50m distance and no head tracking so im pretty pissed, wish I never bought them.
Does anyone know if these will work with the xiaomi mi drone 4k?
No. Only dji products.
Only live feed from bird spark
Nothing else til dji add spark to dji goggles
+BRACURSELF L33 sorry, wtf?
Sorry
I thought u was going to show straight away
Not opening the box and
I have spark n mavic n goggles
U cant look down and spark camera looks down
Only live feed like u have.
OTG cable to micro usb
So nothing new
The dji goggles uses digital transmission and not analog
wow!!! just tear the box up!!! wouldn't let you touch none of my machines!!!!
It's just cardboard man

I'm sorry but having to watch 3 ads to get through a 12min video isn't acceptable.
Sorry, I didn't realise. I have changed that.
Thanks!
I just can't understand why we're watching a 12 minute video about the spark and the goggles...and there's no drone footage shot while using the headset, or any footage of the spark being controlled while the headset is on.
really bloviating chatty video when you actually trying to configure something - just stick to the points. thumbs down
Lol okay champ

Don't recall buying the adapter. This video is years old now. Sold these already
The goggles are dumb dont get them, just got them and there disappointing. Thank me later.
