    Plaque present in proximal lcx before the proximal stent
    Single stent to cover the tight lesion in lcx (after the om) would have been enough

    This 'invisible' stump problem is seen very commonly with LCx in my practice

    Not sure why you stented distal. The plaque rupture is proximal where the stump was. The rest was spasm.

      There was lesion in distally also..it was full of thrombus there also..

      Agree. Would have just stented prox. Hate putting 2.5 stents. But great case.

    Stent overlap could have been away from origin of PLVB either proximally or distally

    NOT IS NECESSARY PUT TWO STENTS. SORRY. ABSENT EXPERIENCE.
