4:59:10. Cops are funny. Soon as you appeared in the city. The cops were waiting for you from around the corner. That edit, though, made me laugh. I wouldn't like cop interrupting missions every five seconds.
I've replayed this game at least 30 to 40 times since 2005. I think I've replayed it about 5 times in the last 5 or 6 weeks, alone. I start with the IS300, then try to get the Porsche, then try get the Gallardo. Then I buy the Porsche GT. I love that, although it's the same game, it's never really the same, especially when it comes to the cops chasing you down. I enjoyed the 2012 version, but it became boring after a few plays. Not like this one. If they can combine the best parts from the 2012 version with this one, that would be an awesome, I'd glady buy a new system, just to play it.
i might have to use that on another run. always use the chevy and for some reason i always notice it just cant keep up after baron. i either race flawlessly and struggle to win or i just cant catch up. idk if its me and im just not good at racing games or the cobalt just cant keep up with the higher end cars

I think the absolute most essential pinkslip car to win for the late game is the McLaren Mercedes SLR... That thing maxed out is an absolute monster. Only the Porsche Carrera GT and M3 GTR can beat it. It's a true monster of a car in this game
My favorite NFS game ever made is Carbon for sure, that game made me fall in love with Mazda RX-8 so much, that now i own one, Mazda RX-8 R3 tunned to 223Kw ❤
For future reference or anyone playing this in the pause menu in free roam there’s a tuning section all the way on the right to tune any car and it’s handling, turbo, steering etc. Definitely try it does help especially on Kazes CLK 500
I think this is the best Need for Speed game out there. this is simply amazing. Only game i went through more than 10 times, lot more and it's never boring. I would love a remaster or remake, with newer cars, more customization options and maybe bigger map and more Blacklist to go through. My favourite car is Turbo S and one of my main cars to beat the Razor with, along with Golf, RX 8, Cayman and Carrera GT. With the background parts, all cars can be incredibly quick and i love doing that, especialy to the cars i mentioned. Thank you for the nostalgia, i really enjoyed the video and just keep doing what you do. Need for Speed Most Wanted for life

I was 7 years old when i played this on the ps2 I did not complete the campaign because i got stuck on Baron Didnt know how drag racing worked back then :)))
My favorite has to be Most wanted 2015. Sure its just a reskin of Burnout Paradise but I had a lot of fun with it after I graduated high school and it was epic when they added the extra cars and expanded the map with additional events.
I get and agree with the folks who say it's not really an NFS game but like you, I like MW 2012 (not 2015) is because it's basically a Burnout Paradise 2.
Most highlighted games to elevate in any racing game. Is this game here! Drifting, Acceleration, Timing, Breaking, Blocking, etc. The numbers don't lie, it's a well established game to play.
My favorite car in this game is the Chevy Cobalt SS that you start with. I beat the entire game with it. Razor was a bit tough with it but i pulled through. This was the first game into the franchise i owned since release and it still works.
Best NFS. Period. End of story. I have been waiting patiently for a remaster of this game, and I'll handsomely give them whatever they want to be able to play this again.
I remember playing this game 18 yrs ago at an internet caffe(was a lot of them back in the days), business of a mutual friend of ours. We played LAN very much, and there was a lad that always DESTROOOOOYED us every single race(doesn't matter if it was sprint, circuit,drag etc)😂🤣, and we didn't understand 'how this is possible?!' then he explained us why we loose, because of this f'ing camera that u played. He showed us the camera view of the road, and then when he cut the corners with such a great speed and great maneuverability(u'll get a better control over the car, fastest times also)we rolled out of the f'kin chairs like "Gtfo mate, this is not possible"😂 great times..

Agree, the best NFS ever made, even though the vanilla game only had 32 cars in the stock list, i modded mine and extended the car list to 100+ cars.

The cop chases are always unexpected and things can go south really fast if your not careful. Crazy how well this game has stood the test of time.

NFS underground 2 is the best one imo
