I love the simplicity of how you do your recipes…as a child I remember a little bit of twist from my Grandmother…she was more accommodating than I realized…we didn’t really like okra as kids…but I remember her Conch soup had a peppery kick…I believe she may have used habanero…and also she used different ground food like coco and yuca instead of potatoes…but brings back nice memories none the less!
I've stopped vlogging because too many close family and friends kept up with me through those videos and they didn't keep up with me in real life. It was starting to get very lonely for me. I do go live at RUclips and from Facebook page once a week.
I totally understand even though it’s bittersweet 😢. Do you have a certain day when you go live? Because I be working but hopefully I can go hide and watch you, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Lol.. if you don’t feel comfortable saying it, I totally understand. Just know that you have my support and I will keep rooting for you and your family.
You too look great! I never knew that flour trick that's going to make my life much better I'm always trying to avoid oil THANK YOU! Barbara the soup looks yummy😋😁
love this recipe. Yes Joe is having fun beating up that conch :) Difficult to get conch here but perhaps I can substitute Abalone. Great video guys & lovely meal xo
@@TheBarePantryShow your actually perfect an beautiful how you are as you.. Now even Sandra bullock wouldn't want to be associated with that comment.. no offense intended laird but didn't that offend you cause "no offense " is normally the opposite

Love your food! This meal reminds me of my mom ❤️ ❤️
Thank you. We enjoyed today. I used coconut powder and added in sweet peppers and fresh oregano and basil for flavor.
Glad I found your channel. Joe is too funny.

Hey Trace, that's how mom's aunt taught us. No butter, no milk, just the plain flour.

That helps me soooooo! Much no gallbladder no oil
Now I want conch fritters lol
Replace potato use coco instead. Potato changes the flavor of the soup not suppose to use potato in beef soup either you replace it with coco.
@@claudiamedrano1807 you’re welcome to do that if you like Claudia. As for my family and me, we’re going to put potato because we don’t like Coco.

Hello Marie my Darlin, yes over here in California Conch is sometimes referred to as Abalone, so I thought they were the same thing.
Nice you need a habanero on the side 😅
I'm chicken when it's too hot.
I'm in LA by USC. I am definitely going to hit up Dat Moi.
