    "Aathma rama Ananda rama,
    Achyutha keshava hari narayana".
These are different names of the God, each representing an attribute of his guidance.
    "Translation -
" The one who dispels the darkness of the soul(Athma- self, Rama- an incarnation of God that means to "dispel darkness"), Dispelling the darkness that shrouds happiness( ananda ramana),
The one Untouched/Untainted by evil(Achyutha), Destroyer of the demon Kesha( Demon symbolises the negativities that tempt the person to the wrong path), The one that conquers all with his might and beauty( Hari means to conquer. God conquers and pervades all, and nothing is a barrier between Him and the soul, thus His guidance is open to every single soul),The one who resides over the embryonic waters( this requires some context. In hinduism, all creations emenate from a uniform and undivided, uniform primal ocean. All material manifestations are originally formless and without specific properties, and they're in an undivided state. God then draws every form from this symbolic ocean and thus the process of creation. This ocean itself is, btw, the first material emenation from God).

He is singing The Names of Lord Vishnu in Sanskrit(Chorus):~
    1. Aatmaa Raama : One Who is Self Satisfied.
    2. Aananda Ramana : One Who is Blissfully and Lovingly engaged with His Devotees.
    3. Achyuta : One Who Never Makes any Mistakes and Never Fails.
    4. Keshava : One Who is The Killer of The Demon named Keshi.
    5. Hari : One Who Takes away The Sins of His Devotees.
    6. Nārāyana : One Who Resides In The Transcendental "Causal Ocean or Kārana Sāgara" Which is an expansion of His Own Energy.
Lord Vishnu has 1,000 such Names called "Vishnu Sahasranāma" which Hindus are supposed to sing everyday.

According to Bhagwad Gita, there are 8 challenges (tentacles) -
    Worry
    Fear
    Anger
    Self doubt
    Desires/emotions
    Past & future
    Responsibilities
    Material attractions
Hence, the octopus analogy. It's deep.
