Wouldn't the more accurate money be in hard money, not soft money. $380M + $175M? That puts it at $555M with another $500M in potential equity investments. If you include Waived Relocation fee that should also be included in the money for Oakland. $475M + $500M + the $500M not charged relocation fee. puts it at $1.475B then if he got another $500M in minority ownership he would have $1.975B in Oakland - sounds like Oakland is still a better option. 😉
