Ingredients
3 1/2 cup of APF
1 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp of instant coffee
2 tbsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
1 cup vegetable oil
500 g of sugar (white/washed)
2 medium eggs
1 tsp of baking soda
1 1/2 cup of warm water
Frosting
2 bar unsalted butter
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Preheat oven at 150C for 10 minutes
Baked for 15 - 20 minutes at 180C
Steam for 20-30 minutes at medium fire
Makes 6 cupcakes and 8x3" cake
