Quick question about the master course. Are the study guide and practice questions downloadable or do I need to be online for that? Thanks!

    For the second row
Ag is plus one charge but Hg and Pb are plus 2
Is it supposed to be a balanced charge when it mixes with Cl, Br, and I
Or should It be positive charge in which case why is Ag negative 1 only?

      Ag+ will form AgCl (+1 + -1 = 0) Hg2+ will form HgCl2 (2+ + 2(-1) = 0) if that answers your question?

@@ChadsPrep thank you for your response but is there a reason that we have Hg2 and not a singular one like Ag

      @@Bulayla1426 Hg is have 2 different charge, Hg+ and Hg2+. Hg+ will make Hg2Cl2, and Hg2+ will make HgCl2.
Ag only 1 charge, Ag+ that make AgCl
