Thanks! Here is a link: www.joann.com/plaid--art-materials-bottle-tops-tip-writers/12954426.html ... I love them...They used to have little metal tips that didn't stay on very well. These are awesome!
I watched a video on making Mandelas and they showed how to adjust your paint thickness and how to let the paint drop off of a stylus ( manicure dot maker). Maybe you could try that for your dots.
That’s beautiful! Where do you buy the little tops you put on the paint? Can you not add a bit of water or flotrol to thin the white paint then use a nail dotting tool for the white dots?
Hi Amy, Your tree glasses are nice, love the color, will you tell me about vinyl Letters already made, Where can I get them...You are wonderful. TEACHER... Love You Barbie.
Try thinning your white paint down to get rid of your little spikes or try liquid pearls which I think would look better yet. Just my thought on the matter.
I personally do use this type of paint on all of my painted glasses. I have tried other paints, but this is my favorite. I might be doing some videos in the future using some other types. I find that for me, the type of paint I use is based on my style of painting and the designs I paint. I highly recommend that people try out the different brands to see what works best for their style. I would definitely make sure the type of paint you select is for glass painting. Make sure you follow the manufacture's directions. That is very important too. Thanks again! Amy
I use the One Stroke brushes and for single colors or the Dynasty Brushes. I buy the Dynasty Brushes here: www.jillybean.net/store/c17/Glass_Brushes.html . I love the coverage they provide.... Please let me know if you have any other questions....Thanks for your kind words about my videos...I am posting a new one tonight...Just getting back in to doing them...I am a little rusty right now... :) ~Amy

Can you use a hairdryer on glass paint enamel?
I do in order to dry in between layers..That would not replace baking in an oven...

Try thinning your white paint down to get rid of your little spikes or try liquid pearls which I think would look better yet. Just my thought on the matter.
Thanks for your comment....I have never heard of liquid pearls...Where do you buy that product?
You can check amazon, type in pearl pens
Thanks...Are they safe for the dishwasher and will they withstand being used?
Amy Ressa I have only used them on decorative vases and glasses (non drinking)not anything that's has to be place in a dishwasher.
I use an embossing ball tool, as used for paper flower making and sugar craft

Have you heard of Brunel Franklin Acrylic Paint. Do you think this is good paint if you have heard of it? Thanks for your help x
This is the first time I have heard of it. I would not be able to say. Do they have a paint for glass?
Is the tip sold separately or does it come with the paint?
Question: I am using folkart enamel but my paint seems to go on so light, no matter what color I use.Is it my brush? If so, what brush should I use?

You can buy them at Joann Fabrics...

What if you put it in dishwasher? Is it safe?
