I started to follow you from your first Scotland vlogs and look forward to all the fun and laughter in your future travels. 🙂

@@IonaMacinnes Yay! I look forward to Mull and Iona. I've been to Scotland twice, for 2 weeks each trip. Skye is the only island I made it to, but hoping one day to explore the small islands. I'm in Indiana currently, but I was born in New Brunswick, Canada. That's where my ancestors settled from Scotland in the mid 1800s. Looking forward to seeing your adventures! 😊
Chania looks lovely, I've been to Corfu, Kos, Rhodes, Zakynthos, Paxos (boat trip), Symi (boat trip) but not Crete until now haha. I'm tempted to apply for a new passport. God that horn was so loud and I don't think people watching this with headphones on would be ready for it either lol. Your mum has kept a low profile in this video, probably taking too much cannabis lol. Great video once again Iona, love them all. ❤🙏 like 41.

OOh another lovely cruise day! Never been to Crete, Mykonos yes, where I tried to persuade the campsite owner that he needed to employ a full time nurse 😂 I failed. This was around 1979! I would love to do a Greek Isles cruise but I'd be worried that I might see stray cats & dogs 😔 I wish alcohol had been incuded on our cruise but I drank the half price cocktail of the day every day 😉 I got up most mornings for the sunrise, instructing my child to wait for me to come back! Can't wait for nxt episode!
@vivellasmum are you a nurse? ohh thats so funny imagine nursing in Mykonos, how amazing although all you'd be looking after would be British tourists. That's the beauty of this cruise, you dont have to worry about paying for anything it's all included which was cool obviously. I went to Mull & Iona after so I'm so excited to edit these ones but I've got a few cruise ones before then. Just organising my Skye December trip now which I'm looking forward to, think you'll like these ones. Catching the sunrise is a great start to ones day. Ix
@@IonaMacinnes I was a nurse but then I went off into the film business! I'm retired now. Yh I had a bit of a dream to go live on Mykonos. It's changed a lot since then, all discos, in fact all the isalnds have changed so much. Mamma Mia is my fave film 😂 it could so easily have been me!! Corr Skye after Mull & Iona, what treats we're in for! I'll make sure Dan knows.

@@IonaMacinnes Wow co-incidence! I didn't stay in nursing long. I staffed on male orthopedics, then my hosp wanted me to take a Night Sisters post, always the way to ward sister in those days. I didn't want to do it, I left & did agency. I ended up back at one of my 2 teaching hosp's and decided to go back on the staff. Lasted about a year (admissions ward with ICU) then I started the film extra work.... I have a dream to go to Alonissos in the Sporades (the Mamma Mia isles!) a friend lives there. It has it's own society for the protection of animals & they are all looked after/neutered! When my old dog goes.....
