    I enjoyed the video. It’s really fun to see the two of you stitching the same pattern and seeing your take on it; the fabric, floss, stitch count etc. I am an aida stitcher so I like seeing what can be stitched on both aida and linen. The colors in Tom’s Foolery are gorgeous and so bright. The cabochon with the little dude in pajamas so so cute. It’s fun to see the both of you. You should keep making the videos.

    Looooooovin the two of you together. And I like how you are both doing the same things and showing how different they look on different fabric😮 I to am only an aida stitcher also and its nice to know that we all dont have to graduate to linen if we are not comfortable with it. And it all comes out so beautiful. Stay together you two your a great team. Linda from Rhode Island

      Aw thank you so much! It doesn’t have to be a graduation to a different fabric! Aida is amazing!! I love it so much. I’m so glad you are an aida stitcher too❤️❤️ I love seeing how my stitches on aida look next to Sarah’s on linen. So fun!!!

    My two favorite Sarah’s!! Yay. I enjoy seeing your progress on a lot of the same projects I am working on. Was wondering if you two follow any sort of stitching schedule on your projects. I believe Stitchy Sarah has the same issue I have ( a large amount of WIPs) and I am trying to figure out a way to decrease yet still have fun starting, kitting, buying. Great video gals!!

    • @Handmadebysarahw
      @Handmadebysarahw  5 месяцев назад

      Aw thank you! I wouldn’t say we follow a strict schedule or anything but we do try to set goals. That being said, it’s a hobby and we are very loose with our goals and if we don’t meet it then that’s ok! I know it helps me to try to get sections done at a time. For example, I might break a large sampler up into four sections - top, middle, bottom and border. I try to get a section done and then move to another project. I also find it really breaks things up to have small stitches mixed in with the large. I hope this helps!

    Ohhhhh girls, you are making me really want to start Serenity, it is beautiful!!!! Sarah W, what size fabric did you buy to make your piece, I would stitch it on 18 count?

    • @Handmadebysarahw
      @Handmadebysarahw  5 месяцев назад +1

      I bought a fat half. It’s almost a 19 inch square stitched area so I cut my fabric about 23 inches both ways to allow for a 2 inch border but if you prefer 3 you would need 25. I hope you do join us!
