This song is so true. sometimes you have voices that say "You can't do this", or "you can't do that" but if you are strong at heart, you will keep fighting on, because It's Not Over Yet. Thank you for the reminder you two. your song touched millions of Christians, even me!
My 4 year old is obsessed with this song! When drive home from daycare/work she asks me play it at least 3-4times in the week. Now I can't listen to it without thinking of her sweet voice singing along! One day she'll understand what it means 😊

+Serengeti Lion How amazing that your profile pic is of a lion. Do you know psalm 139:14 ? It says , " I praise you because we are fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful and I know that full well." Look at that lion and then at yourself. That one verse in psalm 139 is so brief, and yet speaks of God's Glory and of His wonderful creative power. I wonder what denomination you belonged to. I sincerely hope that you consider coming back . Jesus said , " When I return , will I find faith" It breaks my heart ,because people lack faith. And they lose faith because of lack of knowledge of His word. Don't concentrate on any one thing like the beautiful Afterlife you believed in. It's been 5 days since you posted this. Yes my profile pic is of a mighty warrior named C-boy, 1 of the 2 pride males of the Vumbi Pride, they reside on the eastern edge of the Serengeti, Tanzania, he survived an all out attack by 3 other lions, survived, escaped, went on to gain control of his now pride.
I was always episcopal, it has no bearing on why I am how I am now. I will never come back to that trickery, living on something that is not real all the while thinking I'm going to have a wonderful afterlife. I'm well aware of his words and as a matter of fact, it's all in the bible, he certainly was supposed to be an unchanging constant God, but there's contradictions out the ying yang of his varying degrees of differences from one book to another. I didn't put much into that fact over the years, but I did when i kept on and on, over and over asking for 1 little sign so I would know and feel he was with me, I spent alot of time being confused and trying to sort out all out, for months I would pray and tell him how I didnt want to doubt, I want and need to honor and I can accept this dark time but please let me know you are here and still nothing, its been the absolute most eye opening experience I've ever had, but one would think the struggle I was having for him to be real he couldn't afford for me to doubt as long as it went on and he would have did something to show me different. I mean it was clear to me after all that time and still as I write this now I'm sure hes only a myth and I'm past the stress of the hard times. One thing I will say, having faith in something you can't see, no matter what it is, is a very powerful thing. I prefer now to put faith in things I know is real beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Variations of it,but not the saving truth. I left the Catholic Church and wandered many years. I was a dead man walking. Well hell no I don't live in Africa but I wish I did and hopefully I will one day to be away from USA, I know of famous actors who purposely moved to another continent when they had children because they didn't want their kids raised here, smart choice. I wonder what is your age? Have you been through really bad situations, like I said, I have multiple reasons why I know he's fake, you or nobody can convince me different. There's a highly respected cognitive scientist in the public and private sector who's name is Steven Pinke, I mean highly respected, you should listen to him as he deciphers the reasoning on why people are caught up with god and religion. He explains it in a way really some people might not understand, but others will perfectly. You see, the brain is capable of trickery by ones own self through channels of what's around them, what's conceived popular. That's why I know faith is a very powerful stimulant, it fooled me and made me believe I was part of something out of this world which was the God from the bible, I know what it feels like, it controlled what I felt was right verses wrong, what decision I made, how I treated people. The brain is an amazing network capable of believing something is real, in the case of God from the bible when in reality he's not real. If he was real, he would have shown me something by now, just 1 tiny piece of evidence.
God asks for our Trust. He is with us in every situation. Bad things happen because we live in an imperfect world due to sin and vice. I see miracles in my life everyday now, because I trust God in every situation. Just say "Jesus I Trust in You" whenever you feel confused, down, abandoned or lost. Also, don't be afraid to ask God to make Himself know to you. It takes time sometimes because he waits for our trust but after we give him our trust, he makes Himself known in amazing ways.

So my friend has been suffering with depression and anxiety and so when I went to her house we walked to the park and then I showed her the lyrics and the song on your tube to her. We both bent down on our knees and cryed out to the lord. She was about to commit suicide. We are only in sixth grade. It is real out in this world. She can't trust herself when she is home alone. Please pray for her.

There's a rapper, he raps about life. He's called NF, and he's a Christian, but not a Christian rapper, however, he doesn't curse and just raps about day to day struggles and everyday life. You should check him out.
