I would laugh how the media would always ask, "Is this your last tour?" during the pre tour press conferences. I remember this question in 1978 for the "Some Girls" tour when Mick was 35 years old. Thank you, Glimmer Twins!
@tonylombardi4661 It is wild for sure. I definitely remember that narrative for the Steel Wheels tour. I saw them on the A Bigger Bang tour and at the time thought I was fortunate as that could be their last tour.
Thanks for posting this opening video. As a lifelong fan it is very cool the band still puts smiles on peoples faces and sell tickets. It is also great to know that as horrible guitar player that I am I could "fill in" for Keith!
Yes, but he corrected quickly. Give them a break, He and Jagger are 80 going on 81 years old this year. Ronnie Wood isn't far behind them. It's pretty damn amazing! And Jagger still has the energy and the moves!
Same as at Hyde Park in 2013, at BOTH shows. Nerves ? Lack of practice ? Other than that a good version, great video too with a lot of bottom end in the audio.
Love the Stones! They still sound pretty good. It's like they got their balls snipped compared to 40 years ago. Check out the Texas concert from 1978 for comparisons sake. That was them when they still had testosterone.

👎 I guess YOU just don’t get ‘classic’ rock music from the Baby Boomer generation years, like most of us others who grew up listening to them, and appreciate the fact they’re still performing!? I’m 70ish and thought this entire concert was 🌟!
For those of us who grew up in the 70's and 80's, who could have imagined that they would still be rocking in 2024?
And us in the 60's....haha 🎸

I’m one too! But I’m a 70ish Baby Boomer who grew up with their original music when they 1st began! I 💟 seeing they’re still going strong today!
The most iconic and the best damn rock and roll band in rock history is touring again, you guys are truly rock royalty 🎉🎉
Mick is absolutely amazing. 81 years old, and still strutting around the stage like he did 30 years ago.
ありがとうございます!
初日の映像がみれて嬉しい!

Nice opening riff to their 2024 Tour!
Great video, thanks ! Lots of bottom end in the audio too, may I ask what this was filmed with ?
Keefs 80yr old gnarled fingers couldn't find that first chord but he didn't seem to give a shit. 😄
Keith has lived 3 lifetimes compared to everyone else on the planet, he’s got the right to not give a shit 😂
Would Jack Sparrow give a shit? No. After all, Jack Sparrow is Keith.
@@rhgamecock1no: he’s his son😂

Did Keith hit a wrong note with first cord of Start me Up?
It does't matter.

Quizás sea momento de abandonar. No me gustaría verlos errar tanto. Primeras notas y lo arruina.. 😢
