Wow Andrea was so patient with Claudia and all the kids . Every word she spoke I could hear how much she loved being a mother and loved her kids . I miss her :(
I appreciated you saying it’s not about a shopping trip being equal- it’s about everyone having what they need. Only getting them what they each need is such a good habit to instill into children.
Andrea, was an amazing woman. Andrea, really knew how to organize and take care of a large family. I can only imagine the loss Tom felt when he lost her. A beautiful family she had. 💕
I’m not an emotional person by any means, but I just can’t help but cry rewatching these videos 😓 Andrea was such a lovely person and an amazing mother 😥 I can’t believe she’s gone! I can’t believe she won’t be with the kids physically anymore 🥺 Hannah is just a baby and the others are still so young 😞 they need they momma 😟 I will pray 🙏🏾 for you guys! I can only imagine.
Having a bit of a nostalgia trip today. I miss Andrea's gentle soul and calming voice. You're doing amazing Tom! Love having your videos to come to when I need some peace and quiet.
So sweet watching Soloman get so touched for his Christmas vest. Lady, you are super Mama. I would love to learn to sew my kids clothes. I can only fix small rips, and buttons by hand. Which does make me feel great having my girls come to me and ask me to please see their clothes. But Ibwould like to be able to customize more.
13.04 Claudia with her Boots 💜 ~ and a bit earlier asking Her Mama for Boots ~ I am not surprised She wants to keep them as its obvious how much they mean to her ~ I first watched this months ago Glad I remembered when watching tonights Video ~
Goodness! You will never have to worry about Miss Claudia being swayed by negative peer pressure, that girl knows her mind! She is a born leader, I bet. So much fun!
Solomon was soooo happy with the vest. I enjoyed seeing what you made. About 30 years ago I also cut off jeans, in a v shape, then added calico fabric to the bottom. Brings back memories of sewing adventures.
It's just not fair that such an amazing mother with so much love and patience is gone so soon 💜 I can't imagine how those children ache..R.I.P Andrea you will be missed.. God bless you Tom ❤️
Hi. You kids are so sweet. Claudia picking out her PJs was so cute. I love the shoe organization. Im praying that God bless me with a real handyman husband like Tom. He is amazing with all the house projects he does.
U have a good system on clothes being organized great idea's n having the kids putting their clothing away . Claudia was so cute she had a hard decision picking out PJ's so cute... Tom has a good idea too emergency shoes great idea! U guys are great parents ur children are truly blessed n u & Tom. Happy Holidays to u...tfs
I have bought a sewing machine after watching all your sewing videos. I love watching you and your family. I can't wait until I see one of your videos post. Thanks for sharing with us. God bless you.
Just a thought- I use old stained or holy socks for cleaning. Great for dusting and scrubbing baseboards, shelves etc. Then just toss them away after. It’s a one last purpose and saves money and cleaning towels.
I do the same with old t-shirts or towels. I put a giant sharpie X across the front and back so my husband doesn't put them back in with the good clothes/towels.
Such a sweet video Andrea, I love watching these bi-annual hauls and all the kids putting away their new clothes, shoes and other bits and pieces. Solomon and his vest made my heart smile. Isn't it just the best feeling when we as Mum's can do or make something like this that we just know will mean the world to one of our children? It is one of the joys of motherhood finding moments/acts like this that will stay with our little one and make them feel loved even years and years down the track. Claudia picking out her new pajamas, lol....so cute! She knows her mind that one, and it's wonderful! The girl's skirts you made look really pretty Andrea and you must feel lovely having new tops for you too (sometimes we as Mum's are left wearing the raggedy clothes for the longest whilst every one else takes priority...but it makes having something new for ourselves that bit more special when our time comes). Thank you for continuing to share your life Andrea. There are times when I'm struggling with my life and my failings as a Mum that it hurts too much to watch your videos for a time. I am always grateful that they are here waiting for me when the storm dies down inside me and I'm ready for some positivity again. xo
Seeing Solomon's reaction to his special Christmas vest and tie was precious! Also I love how you took the time to let Claudia pick her own pajamas. You are a great mom!
I noticed how Sophia was gently touching each of the new things on the bed, to see what they were like - that's a lot of thoughtfulness in a 4 year old!
Claudia cracked me up when picking out jammies...pointing to each one, then saying, "Nah ah" when asked if that is the one she wanted. Also loved Solomon's big hug, and his excitement over getting big boy underwear. Love how organized you are!
Your family is amazing and beautiful! I have truly enjoyed watching your videos over the last few years. Thank you for sharing your sweet family with everyone.
So much love and sweetness in this one video! I really love the knits material and the tie dye pattern of your new shirts. In the pic of the kiddos in their new jammies, Sophia is really looking like Eden. They're all growing so fast!
Regarding your comment about routinely purging Hannah's things she's outgrown -- in my experience, you're doing the right thing. My Mom passed January 2108. In cleaning her house, I found she kept EVERYTHING from when I was baby (I am 57) to kindergarten graduation dress to my make-believe kitchen to prom dresses....all neatly tucked away. I am 57 with no children or grandchildren so no one to pass anything along too. I didn't know she loved me so much.
Omgosh the skirt made out of the jeans is so adorable my almost 13 year old daughter loves hand sewing and has adapted some of her old shirts and dresses for her little sister to wear
Things are coming together nicely! Thank you for sharing your life with us, I find great joy in watching you! I admire many things about you and your family. ♥️
The girls room floor looks fantastic! I really like the picture on the wall over your thermostat. It caught my eye while you were talking. It's very cute.
The picture that is above your thermostat reminded me of my grandmother. She had that same picture in her house. She passed away this past March from complications of a stroke. Seeing the picture made my heart happy!!
It’s so great that you can sew too! I remember my mom making some of my clothes too! Little sweat shirt and pants outfits. She would use puffy paint to decorate the sweatshirt remember puffy paint?
Andrea, You are such an amazing Mom, big inspiration!!! I've wanted to write to tell you this but I haven't found the time. I had a miscarriage last year(August 2017), would have been baby #7, it was heartbreaking then I saw your announcement video that baby #9 was due in April which was the same month I would have been due. At first I couldn't bring myself to watch it. After awhile when I finally did, I cried, and tears for myself but then happy tears for you, I was truly happy for you!! Watching each baby preparation video of yours was very healing for me which I did not expect! I loved watching how you celebrated a new baby, making blankets, baby products, etc. Which showed how special each baby is for you. Then in March we found out we were pregnant, we weren't really "trying" but it was a wonderful but scary surprise. That was my 1st miscarriage so I had no idea what to expect with this pregnancy. April was a hard month for me but once again your videos were so very helpful & inspiring. I had a lot of mixed feelings for the baby we lost & this new miracle due in November. Seeing Hannah's birth was so sweet and watching her grow helped calm me. Now I am beyond happy to say that our baby girl Willow is here, she was born November 14th 9lbs 2 oz. She has healed my heart & I couldn't imagine life without her. Thank you Andrea for sharing so much of your life, you may not realize it but you touch so many lives in different ways just by being you. And that I believe was exactly God's plan for you. You are a Light for others & a Gift to many!!!
Congrats, the girls floor looks great! Can’t wait to see it finished. My 3 children share a room so it’s always nice to get ideas from others 😊 Always enjoy your video’s.
You have way more patience than I do, look at that pattern matching in the vest! I make a birthday dress every year for one of my patients and I won’t buy a fabric that needs to be pattern matched and sometimes I try to sell her on fabric that’s not directional too 🤪 but one of her dresses that has a directional animal print fabric is so GORGEOUS so I’ve softened my stance on that now. I wish I could insert a photo.
Aww Solomon is a real sweet kids, love what you made for the girls they are so cute! Thank you for sharing your one very busy lady Gods Blessings Hugs Liz x
Loved all of your notes in editing on the screen. Claudia's personality is so fiesty. 😍 I have to say I couldn't have picked with all of those cute jammies either. The sense pride in Solomon's voice when he saw the fabric melted my heart. I always hated the laat button too. You did it tomorrow buddy. ^5 . Those tops are gorgeous Andrea. The flooring looks great. Are you thinking of doing a big rug?
Solomon will look so handsome in his Christmas vest & bowtie. Love Tom's idea of " extra shoes" for the little girls - can you imagine when Sophia & Claudia both are teenagers - those two have spunk now, just wait !.lol
You are such a good creator with your sewing! I wish I could do that!! The floor in the girl's room looks fantastic!!! I hope you have a wonderful holiday season!!!
Wow Andrea was so patient with Claudia and all the kids . Every word she spoke I could hear how much she loved being a mother and loved her kids . I miss her :(

Pretty sure that will be on of those memories Solomon carries in his heart for a lifetime. You are such a precious mama!
Oh my god, Solomon was so cute. He was about to make me cry, he was so thankful!
Andrea had the patience of Jobe with her children. I've never seen anyone so organized! Talented too!
God took a good one home for sure!🕊️
Solomon was soooo happy with the vest. I enjoyed seeing what you made. About 30 years ago I also cut off jeans, in a v shape, then added calico fabric to the bottom. Brings back memories of sewing adventures.

Solomon! Oh my gosh, what a sweet grateful boy! 😊
Oh wow. I was shocked to see Hannah sitting up, even though you said her age I was still surprised! Time flies. Handsome and gorgeous bunch!
Sollie is such a kind boy. He always makes me smile.

I love the way you interact with your kids. You are an amazing mom!
Sully is such a sweetheart!! Makes you want to hug the stuffing out of him. 😍😍

Do you ever think of cutting the sleepers, etc. into squares and making quilts for her when she is into a crib or into a bed?
Jeepers that old jean into a skirt idea is genius.
Your family is amazing and beautiful! I have truly enjoyed watching your videos over the last few years. Thank you for sharing your sweet family with everyone.
Claudia is so adorable!!! ❤️
It is Christmas for them! Lol, I like to see kids that are excited about the everyday things. Your children are very fun to watch.
