I've got two pair of the Creative Labs Pebble speakers from around 2 years ago. I only paid $20 for each pair (no subwoofer). My hearing is crap, but they work for my computers and the sound isn't horrible, or at least I don't think they are. And especially for the $20 price tag that I paid for them, they work. I enjoy the ones I have.

Can't say I have personally listened to the Razer soundbar to do a direct comparison. It does seem to get good reviews for the price and will probably be a fine choice. I personally like separate speakers for my desk layout and opted for the Creative Labs and have been happy with then so far.
