This is the 101 class, but you can find the 201 by searching for 'Cadence of Hyrule real voice shopkeeper'. 😉 Seriously though, it took me a long time to learn those techniques on-the-fly, and shopkeeper'ing was half of it. For more efficient learning, there are real classes on the biological side of singing, with models of the jaw and throat and what not.
