It happens, Last night I was so tired after work that I went to sleep with a completely dirty house, do I hate myself today? yes.... besides the point lol. You talking about feeling everything and the drain you feel that is a good emotional drain I can totally relate to.

Yesterday was bad for me because not only have been waiting on my medication for my depression, but I drank something I didn’t need. I literally just had a shake a peanut butter shake. My face blistered again felt like every time I touched a muscle. It was hard as a rock and it hurts so bad. I’m still trying to get over it, but I cannot eat hardly anything. I would love it if you did the menus or at least you know kind of tell us what you eat because I do get bored with what I’m eating. Ate a lot of rotisserie chickens and hamburger patties, pork chops, and some steak. And a lot of eggs. lol.
I can definitely do that for y’all, but my diet is so so boring 😅 I eat about 4 things at this point. It’s so good that you’re getting all those nutrients 🙌 but yes, I will show you a few things I’ve been doing lately ❤️ I’m so sorry you’re going through that with the meds. It seems to happen to people a lot😩

I can see that with the plank for sure, I didn’t know it swells up like that. Our floors float in the rest of the house so it’s okay for ours, there is no glue. I’m going to research the plank floors today now that you say that🙌

Because not everyone does. If you have watched her videos, you would have noticed that she does. It’s her channel and she can do what she pleases. As a creator, the jab “correction comments” becomes too much. You may have not meant harm… but the hard work Barb puts in her videos along with the other thousand creators… it may sting a bit… but as the saying goes.. you can’t please everyone. ❤
