Kristin Tyrer's Drumming & Meditation Workshop

There's a growing interest in Milton to learn about indigenous culture. What began as a single drumming and meditation workshop last year has grown into three sessions for 2025. While the facilitator of the workshops shares some of her Cree culture with the audience, she also shares a personal journey of her own discovery of the nation to which she belongs - one she wasn't always connected to.
