@@Merian8 For my save I used a build from the gallery by a user called; The-Emil-Niklas You should look up their ID on the gallery and find a build called Municipal Muses. It's a museum and wedding venue. I edited mine a little to make it nicer, if you'd like me to upload mine I can. It perfectly fits in with the build style of SimLicy's Willow Creek community lots.
@Blue Rings Yeah, Thats right nobody will probably download for a sim to live in but i thought it would be an interesting idea because there could be moving boxes everywhere.
Oh I love this idea! The family could be a military family since they’re always moving and then anyone who downloads it could remove the boxes add their own personal touches based on their sims! :)

Another idea could be a lot for the 4 x community spaces from Eco Lifestyle could work pretty well in the modern district. Last one, not sure if it fits Windenburg but a community rec center could be cool, with skate rink, pool, basketball etc.
I have a suggestion/request for a San Myshuno community lot to place in your save file, a remake of Planet Honey Pop in the fashion district. I've tried to execute the idea myself, but I think you'd be able to do it proper justice. Planet Honey Pop can be a multi-story entertainment complex; -- pink/purple neon themed bar and nightclub, like a rave nightclub that you'd find in the city -- karaoke rooms themed in different colours -- modern bowling alley, to be played in the 'moonlight bowling' mode where it's neon like a UV blacklight (you can test it out in live mode, it looks great!) -- high-tech arcade with the VR blicbloc stations -- a PC bang, which is a South Korean style internet cafe for gaming, they usually sell snacks and bubble tea, you come and pay per hour to use really high-tech computers to play video games with friends -- an indoor rollerskating rink with NuDisco music and lights The overall theme is neon, futuristic, colourful and east-asian inspired; you could incorporate cherry blossoms and asian pop culture/anime. I think it suits the district and also makes sense because GeekCon is in the same area. It could be run as a karoke bar or nightclub. Just an idea and I thought I'd suggest. It's something I'd love to have in my game and I think it will go nicely in your save file. I'd love to see a potions / paranormal / spooky apothecary apartment build. I'm always trying to figure out how to brew potions in an apartment setting, but haven't successfully sized down a cauldron. Love your builds!
I feel like the windenburg waterfront is the perfect place for an old warehouse/factory to have been renovated and turned into a nightclub or bar. That old meets modern vibe would be perfect there I think! Maybe a spa or pool too!
