    *鑄鐵鍋令整個sourdough 更完美*
    我都係逐件逐件增添,初初冇basket 用大湯碗,冇介刀用餐刀,冇鑄鐵鍋用鑄鐵pan +能耐熱的不銹鋼大碗做cover 又得,直到看到Mo姐教整sourdough 才去添置鑄鐵鍋,做出來的sourdough 真的好不一樣。
    多謝Mo姐分享令我們也會做出健康又好味的食品👍🏻😘

    多謝MO姐分享工具,好詳細。舊年試喂養STARTER,仲買左個酸度檢測器檢測個STARTER,執著PH值係4-4.3最好。但宜家我靠個鼻同對眼去觀察個STARTER。似乎呢個工具唔係必要。l_l

    Hi, may I know if we can use a bread machine(including kneading and baking) to make sourdough bread? My kitchen is a bit small and have no more space for an oven. Thank you in advance for your advice.
    Btw, really missed watching Mo姐 in those TVB sitcoms. Too bad the filming schedule is too gruelling for Mo姐. Really like Off Pedders and Dinner at 8.

    我暫時唔想買鑄鐵煲,都係用鑄鐵平底鑊配一個全不銹鋼煲當蓋用。用平底鑊,好處係放麵糰容易啲,鑄鐵就預熱後保溫耐啲。

    Hi! I'm interested in getting some baking stones/lava rocks that you put inside the baking tray. Where did you get yours? Going to experiment without the Dutch oven since i have been using it for the past few years, and just stick to my baking steel...would love to watch the oven spring separated by just the glass panel of my oven. :)

    Thank you Mo姐 for the awesome information. I was planning to purchase a cast iron pot (Dutch Oven) but meanwhile should I don’t have, I am curious if we can still bake the sourdough in the oven on a baking tray?

      Not as good as in iron cast pan, especially for beginner

    毛姐,你好!請問焗爐只係最高230度,是否焗麪包時間要加長?另外我買唔到你用的麵粉,用普通的是否一樣?請賜教🙏☺️

      最好先放鑄鐵鍋入焗爐預熱一小時。
      只要係未經漂染的高筋麵粉便可以
