Check the building legislation re ratio of height to distance. In my state it is 14:1. ie for every one metre height 14 mtr long. Additionally hand rails are not necessarily for wheel chair but also for ambulant issue

Skunk stink recipe. Hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and dawn bath will get that stink out. Then rinse it all out. Don't get it in the eyes. From experience, I'm telling you, it works
