My 19 yr old son is heading the Abilene Christian University in Texas this fall to become a worship leader, he is the youth lead guitarist at Oakhills Church in San Antonio Texas where Max Lucado pastor's (Hermie and Wormie creater and Christian Author). We saw Bethel whenbthey came to town a few months ago and when yhey played this song it was awesome because I had never heard it before but it was so powerful. I come from a skate punk back ground so i really like fast upbeat praise and worship like this
The way this dude play is like the way I play! I play because it's my passion to do so, many don't do, i feel full of joy whenever I play drums and you can tell he does too👀
What I admired most was not your technicality or the sound of your drums(they were both very amazing) but I loved most that you drum for the lord and honor him with your talents and not for show! Keep drumming for GOD!

Tyler Bray Hey bro! Thats awesome! Yeah, so for the just play as naturally and confidently as you can, so pick a song that you are quite comfortable with. But once you get past the video audition just really stick the kind of Bethel feel and dynamics the drummers have! You'll notice what i mean i'm sure. And keep to the integrity of the drum parts recorded. Don't deviate unless it really contributes to whats happening in the room and with the Spirit is doing. And just remember to worship and have fun!

he played over the original. it's clear on the second verse, you could hear the high hat from the record when erik was on the floor tom
