Wow Kayla, so happy for your great busy success. Been catching your videos off and on since your baby blanket making days. You greatly motivate me. Thank you!!
Love watching you grow your business! I once heard another RUclipsr say something like, "Ask your customer what their ideal resolution is." I believe that was Kelly from Embroidery Nurse. I liked this because sometimes people just want free product (full refund without a return), but most people will not come out and say that. I probably would have given the refund after they returned the product. It doesn't matter if I turned around and donated them somewhere, I've already lost out if I give a refund. In my experience, there are few people who want a refund, but some people are just hard to please and look for a reason to complain so they can get free product. Anyway, I don't think there is a right or wrong way to handle that and I think you did fine. The hope I would have in giving the refund is that if that person is honest, then they will not be disgruntled and are likely to order from me again.
I would have refunded the money as well, not because he was right on the claim, just because, to me, it is more important to keep the name of my business on the clear so I think you did the right thing 😊
Awesome video- love seeing your growth. I would have refunded as well and reached out to the company to see if I could be compensated. We have Love Hogg products too! Purchased several items from them
Your work is always great. Why do you have a clamp on the magnet frame? I would have done a refund but because there are a lot of tumblers I would have taken them back. You could have given them to charity or tell the manufacturer you received a complaint.
I like to do that on thick items just for extra security. I've had carhartt type jackets pop off half way through a stitch out even with the mighty hoops and it's not fun!
I would’ve tried to make it right before providing a refund. Maybe bought other sturdier lids with a better seal. I’d refund the customer as a last resort if and when there’s no other way to resolve the issue.
I would have reached out to the supplier of the cups and tell them that you are unsatified with the product and so are your customers. See what they had to say and based on their response is whether you do business with them again or not. On refunding I would have probably given a refund as well and then tried to reprint a logo that covers the existing one and blown them out. Especially if the supplier would not take them back...even though they should has they leak.
@@dianne20010 definitely not buying them again. The reviews didn't say anything about leaking otherwise I would've never suggested them to my customer.

Thank you so much Kathleen!

I've been missing your videos, and it's good to hear you are ok. ❤
Amazing work
Thank you!

Wow everything’s looks great
Hi Kayla, great video, who does your digitizing?
I use Dream Digitizing 🙂
Which mighty hoops do you have for the TC-1501?
Are you using screen transfers for the sweater?
Yes I am!

@@KaylaKrische Oh, okay. I'm thinking about getting those hoops and I do thick felt type work a lot. Thanks for the info.
Hi, where and how do you start to get your orders???
It's tricky starting out! Maybe this video will help :) ruclips.net/video/3juAa8bnSmE/видео.htmlsi=KlpNppSRw9pv_iRp
Did the other company say the coolers leaked

That's a great idea. I didn't think about looking for a different lid.
Do you do your own digitizing?
No I don't. I send all my stuff to Dream Digitizing.

Refunded not sure I would do anything going forward for him tho.
I wouldn’t buy those cup from who ever you got them from or read the reviews about the product before you purchase them

I would have refunded his money and took back the tumblr and got refunded my money from the manufacturer
