To everyone who's studying with this music:
    Checklist:
    • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
    • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
    • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
    • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
    • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.
I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸
( This comment isn't originally mine, but I think it can help a lot of people :) )

Its bad, i want to be normal, my mind cant think straight and im unable to process information like other people. I dont even like college, i never felt more alone than ever. I want to be normal and sane, not these constant thoughts racing through my head, overthinking, daydreaming, wishing everything is okay. Im stressed i need help, i want help, i need peace

I don't usually comment on white noise videos but this one warrants a comment. This is the best white noise video I have ever used for studying. I have gone through my fair share of lofi music, classical music, tv-static-like white noise, rain sounds, waterfall sounds, and binaural beats, but this video is the only one that I have been able to tune out while it keeps me tuned in, if that makes sense. I forgot it was playing until I saw the RUclips tab open. I have bipolar, depression, and autism, all of which make my focus non-existent and make me feel super overwhelmed when I try to work. This video eased all of that. Thank you so much for posting

I have trouble focusing all my life, I want to share this with everyone who can relate to that. I've been using this for weeks now. When it's playing, I feel like my brain is in a vacuum that pulls every noise and distracting thought out. I feel instantly calm, soothed, and grounded. I think this specific white noise should be studied, I swear my brain waves are synching. I focus effortlessly and instantly with it on. I really appreciate the makers of this!

I don't know how much you'll remember of this, but I'm glad that our lives intertwined in this little way. have a nice day, or night, and lastly, nice life.

I could still hear if someone called my name, but it stops me from eavesdropping (lol). I was able to get a 40 page textbook reading done in about three sittings when before I probably never would've gotten it done. Amazing!
