Thank you Sir for your indepth review!
Being able to close the screen while recording, have no recording limit, and power with an external battery makes this a fantastic camera for recording live performances. With the screen closed and tally light turned off, the camera won’t distract the audience in a dark auditorium, and then you can set up multiple angles on tripods and record the whole thing without having to run around the room starting and stopping recording. Camcorder functionality is much appreciated. Aside from that, I love the size of Nikon’s APSC mirrorless and this looks like it would be incredibly fun.
Awesome review. Im picking the up Z30 next month. Been shooting the D800, love it. Never part with it. But entering the 21 century in cameras & if i like it just may go to the Z6 later on. Cheers 🏁
I have the Z50 as a "take anywhere" camera for both still and a bit of video (not vlogging) and I'm very happy with it. The Z30 has a few features I do wish the Z50 had: USB power and the screen that can be use vertically (not particular fond of the flip-out screen though). I also prefer the Z30's camera strap attachment mechanism compared to those on the Z50. And of course, due to the lack of the view finder it would fit better in a backpack while skiing. I do wonder though if I would miss the viewfinder. In bright sunlight outdoors that might be an issue. I'm debating with myself if I should sell the Z50 and get the Z30 instead.... hmm, tough decision.
Save the money that trade-in would cost. USB power sounds nice, but when you go skiing, a couple spare batteries will be lighter and smaller than a USB powerbank. Or, buy an additional lens - if you want to shoot portraits, then a Z 50/1.8S will do fine and if you ever add full-frame to the mix that lens still outperforms about anything in full frame (for an acceptable price).
@ Pascal Hibon - I'm in a similar situation, however, I haven't bought the z50 so far. Was close to getting one when the Zfc was announced. Then, when the dust around the Zfc just settled, the z30 comes along... It's about time now to decide which one will be my 'take anywhere' cam (as companion to my z7). Here my thoughts: "take anywhere" needs to be cheap, as chances for damage/theft are higher. Advantage z30/second hand z50. Zfc look cool, but is more expensive, and out of all the top plate dials I would use only the exposure control one. No size advantage really, as with a lens it's not smaller than the z50 despite the lack of a grip. However ergonomics of z50/z30 are better with grip, and that's very important. So Zfc is out essentially. Z50. Bigger with the EVF. Not only makes it the body taller but the EVF sticks out quite a bit at the back, too. That extra space saving might tip the balance, because the cam and lens has to go into my office bag. Bright sunlight, not so much an issue. I have used the j5 for "take anywhere" for years and the LCD only was fine. The moments where the sun shines right on the LCD are comparatively few, and you can shade the LCD with either you head/body/one hand if needed (this includes winter days, full sun, bright blue sky, in the Swiss Alps. You could try yourself by using only the LCD of your z50 for a few days...) The only drawback of the LCD was when trying to use a longish tele photo lens (300mm) on the j5, and the fumble ergonomics of the simply too small j5. As I'm not planning to use this small setup "take anywhere" with a longish tele I'm not worried about LCD only. Ergonomics are kept from z50, a big plus. So, overall I'm leaning towards the z30, instead of a good second hand z50. But, as usual, I will wait a bit before taking my decision. Will see what deals are coming along, and how much the upcoming 12-28 Dx will cost. Interesting, versatile two lens setup combined with the 50mm 2.8 MC while still small.
@@jpdj2715 Thank you for your thoughts. The Z50 is my third camera. For serious landscape work I use my D850. A also have a Z6II which I occasionally use for landscape but primarily for low light indoor situations. I'm actually well covered if I need to shoot portraits. The USB charging thing is very useful when using the Z camera as a webcam, or when travelling while the camera is in the bag. I agree that multiple batteries would be a good idea when skiing but I can certainly see the advantages the USB power feature.
@@marcusbraun8889 Yeah, the Zfc is a beautiful camera but I hate those manual dials on top of the camera. I have owned a Fuji camera and I didn't get along with those manual dials. It is not very ergonomic.
I've recently been looking for a small travel camera for situations when I would prefer not to take my Z7ii away, and sounds like this is a real contender. Been subscribed to your channel for quite a while, but I note there is now a "join" option, but I couldn't find out details of what this entails and provides.
I was considering a vlogging camera and I though about using my D5500. But you can still hear the lens focusing. So I looked into buying a brand new D5600. In the Nikon website you can see that pricewise, feature wise and options. The Z30 is the way to go. (ISO, auto focus, recording time, etc, etc, etc). Thanks for posting your video.
Nikon has really killed it with their Mirrorless line up. I just need a pro grade replacement to my D810 so I can pass it on for a smaller set up....like a Z8 ;D
This looks like a good way for me to retire my Sony cameras. I've been using a Sony APS-C camera for low weight gimbal and 3rd angle video camera. The reason I had not been using my Z6 is because I record theatre and other events and I need my cameras to record continuously. It will be nice to only have to deal with one set of lenses and camera menus.
enjoyed this review, thank you! planning to purchase the z 30 today... currently using my iPhone and GoPro hero 9... excited to see how the z 30 performs!
It's a perfect studio camera. The viltrox 13mm is a good choice for vlogging over the kit. Stab for video is terrible on all small cameras so go DJI/go pro, or get a small gimbal for stabilization. The next best choice would be a gh6 but that's a big step up
@@MattIrwinPhotography I am using a z7 and d5600. The problem is when I want to do video and stills I have to use the d5600. We all know the image quality is not even close. This seems like a great option so I could use the z7 for stills and be able to use the same lenses.
As usual an inspiring and congenial presentation. I wonder how it would perform with 105 macro lens, with adapter. We use a ring flash for dental photography. Could we wirelessly transfer jpeg images to our dental media software. The constant removing of SD card to upload just a few images is a wear on the camera card slot and beyond the actual design parameters of my existing Nikon DSLR camera. So wireless transfer would be a great boon, and give me an entry level camera to Z mount.
This is the best review I have seen on the Z30. Especially the part about being able to mount a ton of lenses and the ergonomics of the camera. I bought mine as a replacement for the Fuji X100F. Don't get me wrong: the Fuji is an incredible camera, but the Z30 is so much more versatile. You can put on the Nikon Z 28 f/2.8 and you have basically the same package as the X100 - but with a real grip. That for me is hard to beat.
I hardly use the EVF on my Z7 anyway I hate smooshing my glasses against the EVF and getting oil all over it hah only really use it for really bright daytime
Thank you! It is a cool presentation. I have a question. What level do you keep your built in microphone on. When I have mine on auto or above 10, I receive this terrifying background noise. This happens in a quiet room. Do you have the same problem? Or are there some kind of settings I could use to reduce the noise?
at about 8:20 in your video " great Matt, back up a little.....more. more.....back, back...you've got plenty of room.....Whoa..where did you go Matt....Matt !....."splash".
How's the video AF compared to the Z50? I currently use a Z50 for all my gimbal shots but this seems a better alternative. If the video AF is the same though, I'd stick with the Z50 (I like my evf)
Hi Matt Great video as always! Was wondering how the low light performance is? Grain and autofocus... Was thinking of using this as B cam during indoor events. Thanks!
It’s the future. No more EVF; the end. They need to now work on the LCD screen to where it equals or surpasses EVF. If the succeed, the next flagship camera won’t have the traditional view finder.
Matt do you think the z6ii/z7ii will get a record limit firmware update? It’s kinda murder of the line that the z30 (least expensive) and z9(most $$$) are the only cameras capable of a 2hr record limit
Great video, have a sub. I own 2 DX Nikon dslr's and have been moving to Canon and waiting for Nikon to make a new aps c mirrorless with all the features that I want. Keeping my Nikons and all my glass because I know they will come up with a Z50 successor that has ibis and a few more megapixels 24-32. Anyway great video.
Thanks for pointing out all the potential and advantages of this camera. I’ve been looking at this from a street photography point of view…..and the whole concept rocks‼️ Without a doubt the current street king is the Ricoh Gr cameras…..no viewfinder, one hand operation, great lens, great b/w. But this camera has great tracking plus like you said access to all the z optics and at this price point you can’t go wrong with all its features.
been using Nikon since film era and gave up on 2017 due to video capabilities and expensive Z line lenses for the work that i do. Your Nikon gears really put heavy jealousy on me here. Question... Can it be powered by power-bank via USB C connection..?
Not sure we're this fits in Nikons line up but one thing for sure it isn't a replacement for the d3xxx series at $1700 Nzd for the kit. Not sure why anyone would buy this over a Z50 which is $100 cheaper.
Oh man, is that a must have. I’ve left my camera recording when I should have stopped, and had nothing when I didn’t realized that I had not started recording. The Z9’s red border around the image to indicate recording on should be added to all the other Z bodies.
@@MattIrwinPhotography around 20 deg C it was in an auditorium. Testing at home, handheld, where the temp is set to 19.5 it ran for 16 minute before the heat warning and shutting down. However upon more further testing with it mounted on my Mefoto Globetrotter tripod it ran for 56 mins plugged in and charging the battery, before thermal shutdown. I tried this as the ball head is a fairly big chunk of metal. Which syncs the heat away from the camera. Which seemed to work. I have the camera on charge and once the battery is charged and cooled down. I will run the test again till the battery dies. I will let you know how it goes.
I was thinking the smaller format might make this a good choice for underwater photography. Marelux makes a housing for it! $3300! (shuffles off to rethink this...... :P ) I'm still waiting for a semi-pro version the Z DX cameras. Faster shutter. A shutter that does not sound like a toy, and faster auto focus. With CFExpress cards. A more robust build standard.
good afternoon, I am very struck by your videos that you have a lot of Nikon, my question do you use Nikon in the previous messages I ask you I already have z30, can you answer me if you use it as a primary camera, I see that you have many videos of other brands but there is more of nikon. Greetings I tried to send you but ask for the cell phone and I don't know how to put the address
I have Z6, and Sony A7C. Planning to buy Z9 in September or October and a beginner's camera for my son who is in his early teens. I'm disappointed with Z30. I found Sony ZV-E10 is much better than Z30. It has SLog (Z30 should have log profile), HLG, Gyro Data for stabilization, lens collections, great autofocus (which is very similar to their flagship A1. Nikon must propagate versions of their Z9 af to lower bodies like Sony and Canon. R10 is way ahead in af than Z30), so many options to learn from. ZV-E10 with 16-50 kit costs less than Z30 with same kit.
R10 is almost US$1000, z30 is US$700... Why I'm going to take the z30: Most important for photography: ergonomics - no front wheel, less comfy grip on Sony. Mediocre kit lens on Sony, I'm willing to pay the extra US$50 for the Nikon kit with a good lens. 1,2 crop when shooting video 4K 30p - turns the kit lens into 29mm on the wide end. Those are the three major drawbacks of the Sony, and that's why I would go z30. It makes the z30 a much more capable setup. Plus I can use ALL of my Z lenses on it (albeit I likely won't, see below). The only other lens, apart from the kit lens, which is a must for me for the z30 is the upcoming 12-28 Dx. Mainly because it will be smaller than my 14-30mm f4, lighter and is a bit wider on the Dx camera. 18-42mm equiv is a pretty useful range. Combined with the 50mm mc for a 75mm 2.8 light tele/macro and it's a tiny two lens setup. Might get the upcoming 24mm Dx as well, if it's cheap enough, but don't need this lens really. I don't care about Slog or any other logs, I'm not a video pro, for what I do video-wise all I want is good out of camera quality. AF is a non-issue for me, the AF on the Zfc is definitely up to the task, and the one on the z30 won't be worse I think.
I just got mine a couple weeks ago: ruclips.net/video/9xUQCX-rp4o/видео.html How have you found the image stabilization while hand held? I can't seem to take decent b-roll panning shots handheld no matter what VR modes (normal, sport, e-vr on/off, etc.) I pick it's still shakey compared to using a gopro or phone. It's awesome on a tripod or held still, but movement seems to be challenging for me at least?
Hi Matt, thank you for putting this video across and sharing your thoughts. I personally don't share that same level of positivity about the body. Admittedly, I am sure that even though I think I'm over the initial disappointment with this not being a more exciting body from my perspective like a D500 replacement or an R10 competitor, I believe that there is still some residue of that disappointment at a deep psychological level. That said, I really see why Nikon would want a piece of that pie. My only beef with this body is the price for what you get purely from a Nikon body to another Nikon body point of view. The Z50 gets on sale often making it ridiculously close to to the price point of the Z30 (at least where I live), and the absence of a proper viewfinder for someone upgrading from a smart phone is not offering any incremental value IMO. Moreover, the lack of IBIS for a vlogger's camera is mind-boggling to me because the competition already had the same shortcoming (Canon M50 MKII November 2020 and Sony Z-EV10 July 2021) and Nikon releasing this years later had an opportunity to beat the competition here which is a missed opportunity. I've seen Matt Granger's video walking about with the digital and lens stabilization both activated separately and together but the video was still very jerky. Also, both the sensor (2016) and the processor (2018) are old by now and the omission of the viewfinder must have dropped the cost of production quite a bit. Lastly, the body design is not original, it's merely a Z50 minus the viewfinder and standard articulating screen, plus the Z fc's flippy/full articulating screen. Nikon just officially discontinued the D3500 and D5600 both of which were excellent entry level bodies, and the Z30 could have been the new entry level crowd puller at that same price sweet spot, especially that the R&D and cost to manufacture the same 2016 sensor from the D500 must have more than paid for itself by now and Nikon should be in a position to secure its production for much cheaper which is also applicable to the Expeed 6 that has been in literally every Z body except for the Z9 and introduced 4 years ago! Removing the 30 minutes recording limit is achievable through software so no R&D budget here, and adding a second mic and a small light at the front should not cost that much (maybe $25-35 if I'm being generous). So, why this costs $700 and not $500 is beyond me! If it was $500 I would have held my peace, but at $707, I just can't recommend it to anyone above a Z50 or something else purely from a value for money POV.
I agree with you Yamen, Nikon continues to introduce new cameras that is basically the same camera from the previous camera with minor advantages. The Z50 to Zfc and now Z30; Z6 to Z6II, etc. Nikon needs to introduce new cameras that compete with Sony and Canon.
@@cesarm8811 exactly my point. The Z30 from that perspective competes successfully with similar bodies from the other big two; however, the elephant in the room is that one is almost two years old while the other is exactly 1 year old. Moreover, Nikon's late offering in this space adds nothing new and even cost marginally more! So what's the incentive to invest in this body unless as Matt said you need another video body only for RUclips or something similar and you are looking for the cheapest alternative. This is not a crowd puller IMO. I don't know who in Nikon decided that "coming to the party late, with nothing new to offer, an inferior resolution and older sensor, an inferior AF system, and a marginally higher price" is a good idea! It just should have been cheaper, and I really believe that they can afford to sell it at $500 without incurring any losses and even making some money in the process!
3 different bodies - z30, z50, Zfc - aimed at 3 different 'beginner' groups to get people into the Z system? It's just not really aimed at people who already have a camera (except for a second body). Add IBIS and EVF, and more speed, and you're looking at US$1000-1500... I'm glad they kept the ergonomics of the z50, good grip, front wheel, makes it much more useful for still photography. Not sure if US$500 is still doable these days. This segment is the one that has been contracting most, and still is contracting. Those entry level cameras were sold in the hundred thousands per year, so it was possible to make money. If you still can make enough money these days with such cameras, with a much smaller volume being sold, I doubt it. Btw, the sensor is still among the best at that price level, the camera has no crop on 4k 30p, it got a much better kit lens, and the AF system is up to the task (if it's as good as the ZFc). All in alll it has some advantages and some disadvantages compared to its direct peers. Personally I ike Nikon's choices more than its peers. A solid contender I would say. The Canon Eos M50 II kit was cheaper at launch, at US$700, but 1.5x crop at 4k? Not really a comparison. The R10? Faster, EVF, still no IBIS, US$ 1100 kit. Quite a bit more expensive, no really a direct competitor. The Sony ZV-E10 - $50 cheaper for the kit. Most direct competitor. Some advantages, some disadvantages.
@@marcusbraun8889 I hope the segment it's intended for sees it this way and it ends up selling well, we all want Nikon to succeed. While admittedly the sales of cameras are dropping, my argument was mostly about the components, they are old and were used in a ton of bodies. Don't you think that the combined sales of all the bodies which used the same components would have easily exceeded the 2 million mark? from a sensor perspective that's the D500, the D7500, the Z50, and the Z fc. For the processor it's the D6, D780, Z5, Z6, Z7, Z6II, Z7II, Z50, and Z fc. Remember that the Z6II and Z7II also have two of the same processor so that's one additional Expeed 6 produced and sold with each gen II body. The economies of scale must justify a significant price drop for these two components at least, the R&D more than paid for itself by now and the production efficiency must have reached a peak even with the alleged chip shortage. As for the AF, I also have a Z fc and a Z50 so I know that the Z30 will do the job it's intended for; however, if you owned a Canon camera with Dual Pixel AF like the M50 II, which I do, you know for a fact that this system's video AF tracking is better than what the current Z line has to offer (with the exception of the Z9), so, if Nikon's aim is to offer someone with a cell phone a better overall experience then this body could have done more either in terms of specs or price is all I'm saying.
@@kaminobatto Oh, yes, they are using the same sensor still, but the one in the Sony goes back to the a6500 from 2016 (at least?) , same stuff there, how many cams with that tech have been made, yet it's not cheaper really ($50 isn't really a difference here)? Wonderful if the the M50 II has a better AF system, but as a potential new vLogger I think I would rather go for a body without a 1.5 crop in 4K vid as long as the AF of the other cam is up to the task. Again, it's sensor tech goes back to the Eos m5/80D both from 2016. For me, a photo sapiens, the absence of front/rear dial/position and front function buttons are a meh here, too, albeit that wouldn't matter much for a video sapiens. At the end of the day, they are all cooking with water, it seems. If one wants all the bells and whistles, something like the R7 seems the best deal around right now. Good AF, speed, EVF, ergonomics, video specs, IBIS, sensor, MP...the works. Comes in at $1500 without the lens. Add 18-45 and it's $1800, and a (for vloggers meh?) 29mm on the wide end... R10, no IBIS, no headphone jacket, but faster/newer AF, with 29-72mm eqiv lens $1100, quite a bit more dosh. Seems there's no free lunch, and all brands are doing the same, one way or another, when it comes to the ZEV-10/z30 price category, everything above in specs costs more, and quite a bit more if you want to lot. A bit like ordering burgers... 😄
Nikon got rid of the mechanical shutter. I’m sure they could have gotten rid of the view finder too. Kaizen, eliminate the waste, improving productivity, achieving sustainable development and improvements to target consumers and the continuous operation of the business. That’s a mouthful 😙

Aside from that, I love the size of Nikon’s APSC mirrorless and this looks like it would be incredibly fun.
recording limit is 125 minutes 1080p HD, 35 minutes 4K UHD
I do think this is a great little camera. Good job Nikon!
Here my thoughts:
"take anywhere" needs to be cheap, as chances for damage/theft are higher.
Good Job Matt
If you want something for vlogging you definitely need to go nikon or sony mirrorless. You lose a lot of that unnecessary noise
This camera does have recording limits, 35 min at 4k and 125 min and 1080p. Another RUclips also mentioned that it does have overheating issues

Interesting review thanks! A question: how do you perform voice isolation in post?
Good question, this is a new feature in the lastest version of Final Cut Pro ... worth making a video about? Cheers Matt
@@MattIrwinPhotography would be great!
It looks pretty good. I hope that body will be my vloggin camera.
Really impressive review,thanks.
enjoyed this review, thank you! planning to purchase the z 30 today... currently using my iPhone and GoPro hero 9... excited to see how the z 30 performs!
Hi Matt happy to see you out and about. What at is the electronic stabilisation like ? If you do not have it in the body and Len. Is there a crop?
Thank You! Just got an "old" display Z30 at discounted 799.99 AUD. :-0 ... very happy.
Outstanding price well done. 👍🚀
It's a perfect studio camera. The viltrox 13mm is a good choice for vlogging over the kit. Stab for video is terrible on all small cameras so go DJI/go pro, or get a small gimbal for stabilization. The next best choice would be a gh6 but that's a big step up
gh6 is a good choice or gh5/gh5 II are also great and still available new and cheaper
Looks like a very interesting camera
What are you currently creating with Rusty?
Finally ordered Z 30 in 2024 to go along with my Z 5 and lenses. :)
What is the electronic stabalisation like just for a hand held clip - does it help
Yes. I will do a follow up video testing electronic stabilisation. 😀
@@MattIrwinPhotography thanks - also is the eye AF ok in lowlight - cheers Matt
i would love the Z30 if it have a viewfinder. Something like my Sony A6000
You can buy cheap external view finders online that mounts on the hotshoe. 21 as well as 28 are most common.
I hardly use the EVF on my Z7 anyway I hate smooshing my glasses against the EVF and getting oil all over it hah only really use it for really bright daytime
Great review!
But I am asking about the rolling shutter of the Nikon z30 is it the same as the Sony Zv-E10?
Z30 has better rolling shutter
Thank you! It is a cool presentation. I have a question. What level do you keep your built in microphone on. When I have mine on auto or above 10, I receive this terrifying background noise. This happens in a quiet room. Do you have the same problem? Or are there some kind of settings I could use to reduce the noise?
z30 seems to me like a decent vlogging or second camera
I want to see it with the 800mm!
Me too 😀
I want to see someone trying to frame a small, distant object with the 800mm on the z30, handheld... 😀😀
How’s the connection to the phone for pic transfer - quick social media upload
at about 8:20 in your video " great Matt, back up a little.....more. more.....back, back...you've got plenty of room.....Whoa..where did you go Matt....Matt !....."splash".
I just want it mainly for stills should I keep it or go canon r10
How's the video AF compared to the Z50? I currently use a Z50 for all my gimbal shots but this seems a better alternative. If the video AF is the same though, I'd stick with the Z50 (I like my evf)
Hi Matt
Great video as always! Was wondering how the low light performance is? Grain and autofocus... Was thinking of using this as B cam during indoor events.
Thanks!
Z50 body with the head cut off with the innards of the zfc lol
It’s the future. No more EVF; the end. They need to now work on the LCD screen to where it equals or surpasses EVF. If the succeed, the next flagship camera won’t have the traditional view finder.
@@ytr8989 Errr...no. Have you ever tried to handheld frame and focus with an LCD with a long telephoto lens when things happen fast?
How this camera performs in rolling shutter aspect while making video..??
Matt do you think the z6ii/z7ii will get a record limit firmware update? It’s kinda murder of the line that the z30 (least expensive) and z9(most $$$) are the only cameras capable of a 2hr record limit
smaller Z30 sensor has less overheating issues, just like GH5
How is the Z30 4K quality in comparison to say the Z7 II?
How good/bad is the screen in bright light?
It seem their is no shutter curtain when You change lenses? Is this not a problem? Dust?
would you show how stability when shoot video?
Why no headphone jack?
Hi, does it have recording limit in 4k?
35 minutes 4K UHD
125 minutes 1080p HD
I don’t need it but want it.
I bought the Z30 and it crop when videoing. The frame much smaller than still image even in 1080... why?
Any setting to change video frame ratio?
Which have better video quality with kit lens? ZV E10 or Z30?
I don't know Melvin sorry, I have not used the ZV, Cheers Matt
But this camera has great tracking plus like you said access to all the z optics and at this price point you can’t go wrong with all its features.
what is the reason you use Nikon more can you share your taste please
Im tray to send message but no work .
been using Nikon since film era and gave up on 2017 due to video capabilities and expensive Z line lenses for the work that i do. Your Nikon gears really put heavy jealousy on me here. Question... Can it be powered by power-bank via USB C connection..?
Yes z30, Z9, z6 II Z7 II, Zfc can all do it. 😀
@@MattIrwinPhotography Gotcha.. thanks!!
Not sure we're this fits in Nikons line up but one thing for sure it isn't a replacement for the d3xxx series at $1700 Nzd for the kit. Not sure why anyone would buy this over a Z50 which is $100 cheaper.
You do like that red light, hmm.
Oh man, is that a must have. I’ve left my camera recording when I should have stopped, and had nothing when I didn’t realized that I had not started recording. The Z9’s red border around the image to indicate recording on should be added to all the other Z bodies.
I just brought one and it overheats in 4K 30 it runs for about 15 mins before I get a overheat warning.
Wow, what is the ambient temperature where you are? Cheers Matt :)
I’m out now. I’ll try the same thing asap 😀
I always shoot 4K 24 I wonder if 20% less frames makes a difference????
@@MattIrwinPhotography could you please do a test at 4k 30 indoors and see how long it runs?
I was thinking the smaller format might make this a good choice for underwater photography. Marelux makes a housing for it! $3300! (shuffles off to rethink this...... :P )
I'm still waiting for a semi-pro version the Z DX cameras. Faster shutter. A shutter that does not sound like a toy, and faster auto focus. With CFExpress cards. A more robust build standard.
Would be cool if there would be a cheaper underwater housing!
good afternoon, I am very struck by your videos that you have a lot of Nikon, my question do you use Nikon in the previous messages I ask you I already have z30, can you answer me if you use it as a primary camera, I see that you have many videos of other brands but there is more of nikon. Greetings I tried to send you but ask for the cell phone and I don't know how to put the address
Probably just fine for its intended purpose. VLOGGING
I would've liked it to shoot at 4K 60fps too 😟
A vlog rig that does not has IBIS and priced above the smaller Sony ZV1?
Man and his toys !
@@marcusbraun8889 My son is happy with his Sony ZV-E10. Small, compact and Log recording is his first priority. Thank you for your response.
I just got mine a couple weeks ago:

How have you found the image stabilization while hand held?
Comes in at
$1500 without the lens.
A Nikon Z9 and the upcoming iPhone 14 is a more sensible alternative
Nikon are dumb should have released a Z50 Mk2
