    The question is would Sydenstricker take this line with pocket sixes? That would be a cool thin-value spot. I think the bluff is pretty transparent. It's a nine or nothing and usually nothing heads up.

    Yeah that turn bet made the story unbelievable. If you have a 9 seems like you'd bet more like half pot. If I was bluffing the turn I'd use that sizing.

    I think I could have outleveled myself here and folded. The teeny tiny bet on the turn followed by the nearly pot-sized shove on the river might make me think that Sydenstricker wants it to look sketchy and polarizing, baiting me into calling with pretty much any made hand when in reality he'd have like 77 or even has me outkicked with like A5 suited
