    1. Work out what you want to learn (e.g. how to create an investment fund)
    2. Find someone in your network who has experience doing that OR find someone in your network who might know someone who has experience
    3. Make it easy for people to help you -- share specifically what you want to learn from them and ask for a specific commitment (e.g. a 30-minute conversation)
    4. If you want to continue the conversation, follow up with the mentor: thank them for their time, tell them how you've applied their advice, share the success you achieved, ask again
    5. You don't need to use the word "mentor" throughout this process to achieve the same result

Not sure, but mentors also need to see what they can learn from you…I mean the way she describes as the creepy mentee mindset

I dont think many people know about investment funds, maybe you should have picked something easy.

    Hello Ali,
I think most of us would love it if you interviewed Kim Kardashian. I'd love to know more about how she started and grew her businesses and all of that inside stuff. I think mainly female entrepreneurs in the house would really benefit from it.
    Those in favour.......👇

Are mentors that effective, they don’t have that much time to be teaching you. That’s why jobs hire Sr and not Jr. Too much time and resources needed

I believe the mentors are effective because they already have the core information you need. They've gone through what you're about to go through so their job is just to cut out all the fluff and be like; these are the steps.
Your own job is to follow it.
